Prohealth Clinical Research Dr. David Kendler

Saw Dr. Kendler last year just got the phone call to come back. I see a huge amount of doctors and forgot all about the fact that I was supposed to see him again. So they just called and were wanting to set up an appointment. Talk about efficient. Drs are great, staff is great. It was wonderful and interesting to find out more about my condition.

Couldnt make a face to face appontment and requested a telephone call, was told was they dont call patients which doesnt make sense as i was originally offered a telephone call. Very nice Doctor but his receptionist is incredibly rude, she needs to consider that people see doctors because they are sick and cant make appointments cos theyre sick. Hanging up is insensitive and unacceptable. I'm boiling with fury as i write this review.

I think Dr. Kendler is stellar. I greatly appreciated the time he gave me. He explained everything clearly and helped to put my mind at ease. Renan Terras, your "review" makes me wonder what your part was in creating the distaste that you have for Dr. Kendler. Remember.anytime you point the finger at someone, there's 3 pointing back at you. If you required his service, and are no longer welcome there, you've lost BIGtime.

went in today for my second appointment with him after trying to see him for over 6 months and he told me if I wrote another bad review on google that he won't help me and to watch what I post on the google and Facebook so he also creeped my Facebook lol well good thing I voice recorded the entire conversation good luck with the medical board david kendler cause I will never come back to your office
