A large seagull colony nesting on the roof of our 56 Unit four story Condominium clogged a lot of downspouts and created waterfalls from the overflowing gutters.
We engaged Prorise to rectify the problem.
A professional crew showed up at the appointed time and completed the work over two days. The crew was courteous and respectful to our resident Owners and their property on the balconies and patios.
They took extra care to ensure the job was well done and any debris from the clogged downspouts was cleaned up.
The invoice was as specified on the detailed estimate, no surprises, everything upfront.
Prorise made a few suggestions as to how we could improve our roof drainage system that we will be considering.
All in all, a positive experience, and when the need arrises, we will be calling them.

I Had them do two separate large projects at my condo. Repainting walls and trim with patching. I was really impressed with the work. I hired them again for popcorn ceiling removal of entire condo! Really great work; efficient, reliable communications, billing and craftsmanship was excellent.

We had a fairly large rush job to complete for our office in downtown Vancouver. The process to get a quote from ProRise was very quick (within 24 hours), detailed outline of scope and plan, fairly priced and gave me a high degree of confidence in their ability to deliver.so we chose ProRise over 3 other service providers. The work was completed within the short time frame that we required, and even with one minor hiccup (one small part of the scope was missed) ProRise rectified this quickly by working late hours to meet our deadline. I would definitely use Pro Rise again for any future work. The were professional, attentive and offer a high quality of workmanship.

Only thing keeping ProRise at four stars is the lack of coordination at the start of the job. Late to our place on the first day so I had to call to follow up and it was hard to get hold of anyone - communication could have been much better.

Once they got started things went very well - give them a call because you won't be disappointed with the result.

Great company to deal with. Joseph came out to do my estimate and was very professional, and shared lots of information regarding their work, process as well as honest feedback on paint types to go with. He was also able to understand our situation in that we were moving in a short amount of time to have the interior paint completed and was able to arrange the entire 3 floor house to be done in 2-3 days. He was true to his estimate and actually his team completed it in 2 days.

They were very well organized, had a roject manager and a site supervisor so they were great at communicating with us the timelines and progress. The finished product was as expected and touched up areas after the walkthrough as well.

Very happy with our decision to go with Prorise. We had several quotes for exterior house painting and settled on Prorise as the cost quoted was reasonable (not the highest and not the lowest) and the meeting with Stuart was professional and insightful. The colour consultation was very helpful as Irene was able to guide us to the colour we wanted. The painters on site were very friendly and their work was very detailed and high quality; there was a bit of a mix up as the carpenter did not get scheduled until after the painting was done; however Pablo was quick to resolved the issue and ensure all the work was ultimately completed. Our house looks fantastic now that the work is done, and overall, we are very happy that we went with Prorise.
