ProSafe First Aid Training & Supplies (Surrey Campus)

I have done my TCP course from prosafe in September and still I have not received a hard copy of my license and I visited there branch to know about my license and they give me zero information about that

I recently completed my First Aid CPR/AED Level C program. Armaan Boparai was knowledgeable, helpful, and Friendly. I would highly recommend this class with Armaan.

The faculty was okay. Apparently they might move from the location- its a bit of a mess but there is parking and transit nearby. Overall I enjoyed my time doing training here

I had admirable experiences for two trainings I had from here, one for Food Safe and one for First Aid (Level 1 both). The instructors Sarah and Dhaval are marvelous teachers and mentors I must say, thanks a lot to both of them and Pro Safe institute for all arrangements!

First aid training, wootz a week of refreshing and remembering not to do anything i learned in ofa, but they are professional and set you up to succeed as long as you put in a little effort too

The location is accessible and clean. Our Trainer Sir Ezequiel was so energetic and clear in explaining the First Aid and CPR theories and skills.

I took the Emergency Child care course in Port Coquitlam. Sam was the instructor of my course.
He was, easy going, great energy and friendly and I learned new things that are practical and easy to remember! As I have to renew this course every three years, this time was very good!

Did a foodsafe course and what a great class. The instructor Sara Neilson was outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable about the information and makes the class fun to attend. I recently completed OFA Level 2 through ProSafe. Tammy is an amazing instructor. While it is a challenging course, Tammy explains all of the important concepts. She makes the course relevant by sharing her real-world examples and experiences. She is patient, answers all questions, and has a fun sense of humour. The ProSafe facilities are clean and new. If you are considering first aid or safety training, ProSafe is a great choice. Ask for a course with Tammy as the instructor.

Very good and useful course, even if you are just parents you need to know this information. Ishan, the structor is very patient and professional. I learnt very good things from him. I’m happy that he also mentioned about everything which is common mistakes in First Aid, the things we usually do but those are dangerous. Just don’t forget to bring your own water bottle or termus, because the main office do not provide you with cups in a 8 hours course to have water or coffee! They hide all cups, which was strange!

Class EFA-C class with Ezequiel as the facilitator offers lectures and insights on first aid and real life applications with various practicals.

I took EFA-C with Ezequil. He is such a good and energetic instructor. He had a great knowledge of the subject and the examples he shared, helped me in learning things easily.

The instructor Dhaval clearly communicated the lessons for the day. He made sure everyone understood. We were able to practice real life scenarios with hands on training.

I completed SFA with Arman Boparai, it was the best first aid course I've ever done. Arman is super engaging and does a fantastic job incorporating practical scenarios into the course. He provided the perfect amount of biology and medical knowledge to really flesh out the course content. 5 stars out of 5 stars for the instructor.
The course content itself could be updated and it would be helpful if the booklet used was actually provided to students. The building was also pretty clean and accessible, but there was a weird leak in the bathroom ceiling.
Other then that though highly recommend doing your training here. I've done first aid 4 times but this is the most prepared I've ever felt to actually use the skills and knowledge I learned.

Did a standard first-aid course. Overall good experience; instructor knew what they were doing and did things in a logical and professional manner.

While there was an equipment shortage, this was due to them moving to another location which is understandable.

I have never taken classes at Prosafe, but I know for sure that this will be the place I will register in if I ever need to get my first aid training! My friend lost her phone on the skytrain and it must have been one of righteous staff who picked it up and kept it safe in the company’s drawer, and another staff named Amanda kindly called me to let me know she had the phone at the office. The phone was safely returned to my friend. I am relieved to know that there is still good in the world and it comes from these acts of kindness from honest and trustworthy people like you who are changing the world.
