Instructor Ishan did a great job lecturing the Emergency First Aid Course on May 9th. Lots of opportunities for practical on hand practices during lessons, and the course content was explained in an organized fashion that made everything easy to follow.

I just had a two day SFA-C course with Ishan. It was a small on site class where participants were offered on hand real life senario trainings on the care of choking, performing CPR, applying slings, tiing tourniquete…etc, all that are necessary life saving skills in daily life!

Ishan was really knowledgable, considerate and tried his best to be inclusive. He took the time and made the effort to explain the medical terms in plain language to me as English is my 2nd language. I really appreciate that a lot.

Prosafe does not privide students the entire papercopy manual from Redcross but there’s digital version available to download from Redcross. The course itself is comprehensive. And although after hardwork you get the certificate but your certification won’t stop there. Check out Redcross’s First aid app and refer to that Redcross manual all the time.

I would recommend everyone to take this life saving course for self and others.

Took two courses here with two different instructors. Both are very knowledgeable in their respective fields and information is taught in a manner that is easy to understand. The classroom has enough space where I felt safe. Every desk has a hand sanitizer.

Bivaik and Inder are great, very interesting and engaging class with extremely understanding instructors who know what they’re talking about. Best first aid course I’ve taken.

I took CPR/AED course on the August 28-29. Great place great instructors. The instructors made learning fun and easy to grasp. Thank you so much for a beneficial and fun weekend.

Recently did the SFA course with Armando Boparai! Learned lots of good life skills and had very practical on hands training with plenty of real life scenarios. Would highly recommend attending his course even if it’s just to learn some basic life skills (remember life comes at you unexpectedly) ️

Very efficient, effective and informative class! Instructor Armaan was extremely knowledgeable and teacher.

The great thing about this training is that our instructor encourages us to be more participative and ask questions. It makes the lecture part more engaging thus it helps us (or me?) retain more from what we learned. The dramas/practicums are great and makes us really use our heads especially if our classmates are great actors would definitely be back next time I renew my certificate.

The support provided by ProSafe throughout each certificate training is excellent. They offer flexibility in several platforms, which makes learning convenient and easy.
