If you need some advice or help with small repair problems, Prospect is the place to go. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed to replace a blade clutch assembly (which was a discontinued part) on my lawnmower. They pressed out an old, seized bearing and pressed in a new bearing
for me. Saved me a headache and some money. Thank you very much Prospect. Much appreciated.

I’ve been using Prospect Equipment over the past few years. I find their customer service to be excellent, as well as their product knowledge.
I have purchased many professional tools from them. I just had an experience with a repair of one of my Husqvarna trimmers and Cody was a pleasure to deal with. You can really tell that the staff actually enjoy their work and that’s offer superior customer service. Definitely an asset to the Fraser Valley, and all professionals as well as homeowners.

I brought in my stihl ms194t topping saw for a squeal in the clutch at first they only greased it and gave it back to me but i took it back and they replaced the bearing with a new one and the squeal went away.i blame myself not bringing it in sooner to get fixed as it would have been under warranty but im happy to have it fixed and in working condition as it was only 5 months old.thank you prospect for fixing my arborist saw.

Sent in my 1 year old KRM 131 simply wanted a Valve Adjustment told them don't bother with the rest I just serviced the spark plug and air filter and flushed the system with Aspen fuel so no need to drain the tank.
Came in two weeks later when they told me it was all done drove near an hour out there to pick it up they charged me for a carb clean a new fuel filter a new spark plug new air filter and a fuel flush ontop of the valve adjustment. They said all the rest was their policy for anything coming in for any type of service.
In the end I took it outside and fired it up to find out my clutch was slipping which obviously was not happening when I dropped it off.had to stand around and wait for an hour and a half while they fixed the clutch they threw out of adjustment.

Great service and great people. They knew what I was talking about (even though I didnt) helped me find the right screw (for my lawnmower) I will definitely be back asking stupid questions again lol

The staff at Prospect were absolutely amazing. Super friendly and informative. I wish I got the name of the gentleman that helped me out! He gave me some great advice and even generously gave me a part for my blower free of charge! I will defenitely go back to Prospect. Great customer service from a trustworthy employee!
