My daughter and I stayed in an apartment off broadway for a year. We had a great experience, and loved the apartment. The management were quick to respond when we had issues and really lovely people. They took care to keep the building clean and safe for the tenants.

Don’t waste your time with Prospero. Management would rather have their buildings full of drug addicts and alcoholics instead of caring about families with children. They don’t clean their buildings, only paint a new coat in the elevator every once in a while. The building is full of dog urine and bugs. Silverfish infestation. Constant partying in the parking lots every night so you can’t have your windows open during the heat wave and the building has no air conditioner instead it’s stuck blowing out hot air. Can’t go anywhere without cigarette smoke in your kids faces. Management won’t answer emails or call you back and will let other tenants harass you without doing anything.

I lived at 1508 Burnaby St (Paul y mansion) and it was a great apartment in a great, very well-kept building. The building manager Rodica was very kind and professional, and always helped out immediately and effectively if any issues came up. Above and beyond my other experiences as a renter in Vancouver.

Since 2013, our residence has been at Braemar Court Apartments, managed by Prospero Management. The duration of our stay is a testament to the sheer joy and contentment we have experienced living here.

The rental units offer exceptional spaciousness and are fully equipped with everything one could possibly need. Each unit boasts a good-sized balcony, allowing residents to relish the outdoors from the comfort of their homes. The beautiful backyard, adorned with blooming cherry blossoms during March, creates a delightful ambiance for all to enjoy. Furthermore, my Cat finds immense pleasure in exploring and making the most of the backyard space. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are modern and the master BR has walk-in closet.

Undoubtedly, the key factor that contributes significantly to our happiness here is the exceptional management, spearheaded by the remarkable Manager, Elaine. Her professionalism is truly commendable, and she consistently goes above and beyond to attend to any service calls promptly, often within minutes of our reaching out for assistance. Elaine's dedication ensures that no concern goes unnoticed or forgotten, providing us with a sense of security and satisfaction in our living arrangements. Coupled with the efficient and supportive team she leads and the wonderful environment of this place, it's no wonder we find immense joy and contentment in calling Braemar Court Apartments our home. Truly we feel neighbors are our family too.

I was a tenant in 3 units across 2 of their buildings in the last 7 years. I always found them to be super responsive and the buildings well maintained. Especially Rodica, one of the property managers we had, she was amazing and always super helpful.

I have been a tenant of Prospero International for over a year now. I have upgraded in my career and need to relocate for work so I will be moving out. Elaine is the property manager at the building I live in and she has been great to deal with during my time living here. She has been able to accommodate around my schedule when needed & she has been able to accommodate my requests within the unit I live.

EX the fridge in my unit after living here a few months started making alot of noise when it was cooling.like I had to turn up my tv to be able to hear it over the fridge. After I let Elaine know she was on top of arranging a technician to come look at it. The technician was efficient and resolved the problem. The next day the noise was saddly back. I again called Elaine and she again was on top of it and arranged for a replacement fridge to be delivered to me. I was very happy when it arrived as it was brand new. I even took out the tags, blue tape & styrofoam myself)

I am not able to give 5 stars because the building is quite old & there is alot of construction going on in the area of the building, both to no fault of the company. The other main reason is because there is zero guest parking & with construction going on the street parking is very limited.

I would suggest checking them out if you need a very spacious affordable 2 or 3 bed for your family!

I rented with Prospero in Kerrisdale and was pleased with the service. Every issue that came up was promptly resolved and fixed. Rodica was the building manager and was very on top of things. I would recommend Prospero to someone looking to rent.

I lived at 1150 Burnaby St for 3 years in a cool studio apartment with a gorgeous ocean view.
The building manager is nice and friendly.if there was ever a problem in the apartment it got fix right away.
The tenants are very friendly to each other.
Move in and move out inspection went smoothly and I received my security deposit back in no time.
I moved out because I needed a bigger place. I will definitely rent from them again!

We first sublet a gorgeous unit in our building when we were scrambling to quickly find affordable housing. The paperwork for the sublet was uncomplicated, and we loved the unit so much, we ended up renting another unit in the same building for over 2 1/2 years after our temporary sublet lease ended. (We only left because we moved to Australia.) We were surprised how spacious and in what good condition the units were considering the cost which was very affordable for a couple. The living room even had enough space in it for us to teach dancing via zoom during the pandemic) The building was in Kerrisdale and the parking was also super affordable, although we never had to use our cars because we were walking distance from everything. We especially loved the high ceilings, wooden floors, balcony, and friendly neighbors. Prospero repainted the exterior of the building and balconies and the grounds were nicely maintained. The whole process of leasing the unit was simple and straightforward. Our property manager Rodica Muntean was a pleasure to interact with and was very helpful and responsive.
