Was n’t really pleasant experience as I had appointments for Headwash, haircut and styling got bit late as of my work but when reached there girl literally denied even for just haircut; (not sure if they take too long as I had still 45 mins of my appointment. She made me very upset with her service.won’t recommend at all

30 dollars for a haircut, but it was worth the money considering the quality! The barbers were very professional.
However, I would not recommend this place for students, precisely international students, cause you can get almost the same quality cut for a cheaper deal than this shop in certain other salons! Also, it's a bit far from the university village, VIU, or downtown.

As someone that’s afraid to get my hair cut, I was hesitant to chop off 2 years of growth.
I have never felt more comfortable than I felt today, I wish I could remember his name (Its family run shop and I think he’s the owner?) — he was amazing. Not just skilled with 20 years of experience but patient and he communicated with me every step of the way, explaining what he was about to do and checking with me before proceeding. It’s a big deal losing 2 years of work and he understood that. I went in SO nervous but after a couple minutes talking with him he made me feel confident that I would walk away happy. He gave great suggestions and listened to my requests. I honestly cannot believe the level of care and professionalism for a $30 haircut. I did some research before choosing this salon, I even travelled from Port Alberni.
I will 100% be returning in the future.
If you’re nervous about letting people cut your hair, ask for this guy. He’ll take care of you. 5/5!

Amy is great. She did a great job with my short hair cut and was very personable. The massage chairs at the hair wash station are awesome. Great prices too!

Fawzi is the best barber I have ever encountered, and I will follow him to the moon if I have to to get a hairstyle.

Fawzi is fantastic hairdresser! He so nice guy to talk. He always change my look to new style. People should check it out they are reopen.

In my opinion this is the best place to get bald fades, best place to get my eye brows done and by far one of the cleanest and nicest salons I’ve found make sure you you go check out Fazzi for any male hair cuts or fades!

I have never written a bad review before but because I visited this salon based on good reviews I think I should warn people! My hair is RUINED and all I asked for was some layers and curtain bangs to be added, the whole hair cut took about 20 (inclluding a wash and dry). My hair dresser would speedily pull sections and chop at random and the outcome is obvious. So 55$ later I am left with ruined hair and needing to go get it cut again to hopefully save this disaster and hair 3 us inches shorter when ive been trying to grow it out Do not go here ever!

It has been years since I had a steady hairstyling place. Prostyles is professional, clean, comfortable atmosphere. I have been going to Prostyles since 2019 I believe. I have had the luck of getting my hair styled by two hairdressers here. I always leave and cannot wait to go back all the time. Every 6 weeks about I go for a trim. I have total confidence with any hairdresser here. For years I would go to one business where I lived and did not feel comfortable at all. Other places I would always seem to get the hairdresser that was leaving the job or moving out of town. I love the hours at Prostyles too. They accomodate hours of operation to the real world. Like some customers are able to come by after work, so later in the day.great customer service here.

I've been hearing about Fawzi from my friends for a while. Finally I had the opportunity today to meet him. Amazing guy with great skill. Had a pleasant conversation as well. I'll definitely go back.

Very clean and friendly environment. I take my boys for haircuts with Fawzi and his apprentice and will not go anywhere else. 5 star rating without hesitation.

Covid rules in place. Great cut! Massage chairs during hair washing too. Reasonable price that is not a reflection of the professional talent.

The people are nice but the quality of the products they use are very low.i left with frizzy/ dry/ destroyed hair & i wasted hundreds of dollars for that result.
