No word of a lie, these tacos slaaaaap! Got the prawn tacos and it’s hands down the best thing I’ve eaten in Vic!

Absolutely deliciously amazing food! All the ingredients matched perfectly, and the people there were super friendly, they let us take our time picking our food. I recommend the churros, prawn tacos, nachos with guacamole, and the calamari!

Shrimp tacos and crillos are possibly the best I have tasted anywhere! The fish tacos and guacomole were great too. Friendly service, efficient and yet our food came piping hot on a cold day. Will be back again!

I am from Mexico and I went to that restaurant because supposed to be authentic from Puerto Vallarta, but is the worst Mexican food I've ever tried. My family and I tried the shrimp quesadilla and the shrimp cocktail, the food is lame, no flavor at all, just a bunch of shrimps without seasoned. Better to save your money and go somewhere else.

I loved the Salmon mango taco. So delicious. I had it after I had fish and chips and I loved this way more. Super awesome flavors and lovely view. Would come back here just for this next time.

Great Mexican food, salmon mango tacos are great on a hot day. Staff were super friendly and happily explained gluten free options. Lovely spot to sit on the wharf and have lunch.

I ate at their food truck behind the museum. Their house made hot sauce is incredible. The lady who took our order was lovely!

Great live music but horrible food! Really disappointed. Small over priced Nachos were stale chip’s microwave heated. Tacos were a joke - small blah corn tortillas with almost no fillings. Seating for music is public so order from one of the other vendors and enjoy the show but avoid getting food here!

We shared nachos with pulled pork. We thought it would be a snack for us but it's a big meal in itself. Didn't end up getting anything else and left stuffed.
Excellent value for money when you factor together the food, location and view.

Really Good Fish Tacos. I would definitely recommend this place. I will be going back before I leave the island.

Came here from NYC and tried their chicken fajitas because I was hungry. Ended up being the best fajitas I've ever tasted. Absolutely marvelous and caramelized just the right amount.

Maybe a bit on the pricey side, but overall friendly service, good food and amazing atmosphere. I liked the mango salmon tacos and the beef was pretty juicy and well cooked.

Very good welcoming service, but they forget some things, like spiciness customizations, dips; it’s understandable because they’re really busy but I’d advise to double check your order verbally before you walk. The best was ceviche for me, tacos are absolutely delicious but I have also had better. These tacos are saucy if you ask for it, which I like and soft shells. Jumbo butter prawns were amazing, but the accompanying rice was a little underwhelming. Altogether, a 3.5-3.8 star dining experience. It is definitely great to try once in a while, but I wouldn’t be a regular here.

Baja fish tacos were excellent. Cabbage, corn tortilla, pico all fresh. Fast, friendly service. It is super busy at this warf so be prepared. Ordered a vancouver island cerveza and added some lemon slushy from the candy shop by the washrooms - instant ‘iceberg’. Not too shabby.

I had a great experience at this restaurant! My food was made quickly and tasted amazing, I had the prawn tacos. When I came back the next day, the man taking my order remembered me and asked how I was doing! I take a star off the atmosphere rating just because there isn’t a lot of seating and it’s pretty crowded. Soda is free refills!

I'm surprised the overall rating isn't higher. Food is delish! I usually get tacos (very yummy corn tortillas), but last time I got the prawn cocktail - so many prawns! The staff was super friendly, and the atmosphere is amazing (which is no shock since it's on the floating docks at Fisherman's Wharf)

As others have mentioned the food isn’t quite traditional and is a little pricy but it was still pretty good! The service was great and the staff were very friendly. The location and atmosphere was my favourite, right on the water, could sit here for hours!

I wish I had read the reviews first before ordering! We had the Baja tacos, they were a waste of money! I tried to order guacamole for the dried out, tiny portions of fish and they were out of It! The beer was warm, and this place is so overpriced for fast food. The menu was Mexican but the flavour definitely was not! The staff on the floor were nice, though.

I would not order food from this restaurant again. The atmosphere at the restaurant seemed great but I was ordering take out and was only interested in the food. I ordered beef tostadas and a chicken burrito. The food was very bland and had no Mexican flavours that I was expecting. They did not offer any salsas for the food. I was very disappointed considering the price of the food. I would not eat here again if I came to Fisherman’s Wharf. It seems like a popular place because of the vibe (live music etc) but think twice about ordering food, you will leave disappointed.

Not a very good cut of fish in the Baja taco with a careless toss of pico across some cabbage soaking in sour cream. No lime, hot sauce or anything to make things interesting.
