I had an good experience at Pulse Medical. The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The doctor was very attentive and spent a great deal of time with me. He was able to diagnose and treat my condition quickly and effectively.

Amor (receptionist) is so sweet. They squeezed me in twice now when all other clinics had turned me away. I highly recommend this clinic. Doctors are so thorough and friendly

I called on Friday afternoon and it was impossible to get through to a human. When I finally got thru, the lady on the phone was so clueless & rude. I asked if they took appointments and she said, “no, only for patients of pulse medical, come tomorrow for walk-in between 10-2. ” So I come in the next day and find out they’re open at 9AM! She doesn’t even know the hours of operation! When I got there, the lady booked me an appointment for after 12 noon. I questioned why I couldn’t make an appt on the phone the day prior and the receptionist said they only take same day appts. Why couldn’t the lady on the phone tell me that? She definitely needs more training or be in another job that doesn’t involve customer service coz she’s awful!

The best walk in clinic I’ve been to in a long time. There was no wait on a Saturday and the staff were super friendly. We had a great experience with Dr. Grewal.

Dr Dhaliwal is outstanding, always pleasant and makes himself available. The MOAs in the office, especially Amor are fantastic as well.

I was in search of a new GP since my GP recently retired and I am very fortunate that Pulse Medical clinic took me in. The front staff is very knowledgeable and patient. The clinic is absolutely beautiful and always clean. All the doctors are very knowledgeable and you can tell that they all work together as a team to provide the best care for their patients.

I have had nothing but good experience with everyone at the clinic. We are new patients, as my Doctor retired and I am so thankful to have been accepted at Pulse Medical. Dr. Grewal is easy to talk to.

Dr Kim is an absolute sweetheart! She made me feel so comfortable. No girl ever enjoys getting checked, but seriously she is the best doctor to do it - I genuinely had a 10/10 experience for as well as those check ups go!
