I’m not happy with their service. I was there on Monday (Feb 28) to purchase 12 can of hot chocolate and would like to share them to my friends, I asked the clerk lady when was the expired date, she told me “don’t worry, still good to next year 2024”. I trusted her so didn’t check it myself. When I got home and I realized all the hot chocolate I bought will be expired soon in May. I went back (March 1st) talked to their manager and she said she can’t do anything even exchange once the products sold, I understand the policy but hoping the clerk will be more professional and more care their customers, will be good if they can give it reminder with the soon expired date, especially I have 12 of them: (

I visited this store today. The manager Anna was helping customers. It was 8: 42 PM, store was closing at 9 PM. There were 4 or 5 staff members helping customers and only 4 people in the line.
She argued so much that she will not accept any order after the 4th lady in line. I requested but she was very adamant that you should be mindful and we can not help any other customers. My order would have taken max 3/4minutes instead she wasted more time than that arguing with me.
I will be avoiding this location. I have been to other locations and staff has been more than helpful and understanding. Everything was opposite at this location. Manager is really rude here. Zero customer service.

I went inside the store and was totally ignored by the two Asian female staff who were just chatting. Not going to that store again.

Staff is friendly and helpful towards gift choices (and the occasional sample helped to make the decisions)! During social distancing when items cannot be touched, the consistently good quality of chocolate helps to ensure that there really aren't any wrong choices to make.

Awful customer service. The box of chocolates did not have protective case, seemed touched. Will not be purchasing from Purdys again. Calling customer service did not help.

I love this store and the people working in it. Nothing but smiles and cheerful hellos, not to mention a superb product

Bought a some ginger candy for someone, but I realized as I was leaving the store the senior for whom I bought it may not be able to chew it anymore. So I turned right around to return it and the cashier told me I could not return it because I stepped out of the store, but I had not even left the cashier's sight yet. Anyways, I had to be pushy to get her to let me return it.

I always get a kid's cone for my daughter (8yrs) and lately for my little one (14 months) too this is the first time I got a pretty empty one and paid extra dollar for the topping. When I asked the girl why was not even a complete scoop she did not say anything. Usually they are nice in all the stores even this one.idk what happened but I'm very disappointed! It is not about the price! They way they treat customers should be good not matter if you are getting full price ice cream or kid one
