Pure Barre

Horrible customer service. I asked to cancel my membership and they still charged me for 2 months. I subscribed to their services under the promise that I was getting a month of free classes but that never happened, i still got charged. And I've been going every day to try to pay and get this over with and they NEVER have anyone on the front desk. You're supposed to go the in the few minutes in between classes. Sure, it's not like I don't have a job or other things to do. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

It was my first ever Barre class. The class was challenging:) Very clean facility! The staff and instructors were very friendly and attentive. Centrally located in the middle of Kits.

I love pure barre in kits! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Fun and challenging classes. Great community atmosphere (much needed and appreciated during these covid times). Above and beyond covid protocols for a safe environment! Thank you team Pure Barre!
