PURE CARE CLINIC

I have only recently started to go to Pure Clear clinic for walk-ins as my family doctor is currently away. My experience has been great! Dr. Lanre Olabamiji has been so patient and kind with me every appointment and shows that he truly does care about his patients health. He takes the time to fully listen, understand your situation and doesn’t make you feel rushed at all before giving you an answer.

Do book a walk-in appointment if you can as on the spot walk-ins can take some time. You may have to wait a bit longer than your scheduled appointment, but at least you are guaranteed to see.

They were the only walk in clinic accepting people near aldergrove, by the time we got there they were no longer accepting walk ins and were doing phone appointments.

They ended up calling 2 hours after the scheduled time and we ended up going to an urgent care clinic in Abbotsford.

I had a phone appointment for my five year old who has been sick for two days with fever and cold symptoms. Dr Nelson offered antibiotics. I explained that we have had a very difficult time with antibiotics. He asked me what I recommend he suggest to me, which seemed like a very passive aggressive way of saying “if you know so much, let’s see you do my job. ” Dr Nelson told me I could do what I want, that he was ending the call and then he hung up. He did not explain why he was prescribing antibiotics, what he suspected she might have or anything else. He didn’t even give me a chance to explain what happens when she takes antibiotics, which is that my daughter’s gut health seems to get destroyed, causing severe diarrhea and abdominal cramping right from day one that takes weeks and months to recover from. The solution is worse than the problem. This man does not care about patient health if he has no interest in understanding the severe negative side effect of his only offer of “care”. The lack of professionalism Dr Nelson showed, as well as his inability to look at the patient as a whole person with a history as opposed to the few symptoms currently presenting, and the lack of interest in helping to find a solution that works for my five year old daughter as a unique being with unique needs are shocking.

They say they’re a walk-in, but only allow walk ins before 8am. Some receptionists are also rude and when I was there they let someone else take my place and got annoyed when I told them they had called my name. Eventually it was sorted out and the doctor was okay, yet he made jokes and didn’t seem to take things seriously or be thorough. I’ll be going to a clinic in Surrey now I guess.

Big Thank you to Dr. Mittens. Really grateful and blessed to have a doctor who takes care of me and my family so much, most specially he takes time to listen and don't leave any concerns unresolved. Highly recommended most specially with families with little ones.

Today, Saturday morning, three of my whole family visited this clinic to see a doctor as walk ins.
Long story short, Melanie at the front was a truly amazing. Great customer service based on great friendly and professional manner while the clinic was extremely busy. She shown us what the real multitasking supposed to be like, answering questions from multiple the phone calls and receiving payments, printing sheets and continuously checking in patients and smooth communicating with doctors and pharmacy next door and so on…
AND also the Dr. Amar Ladwa on duty was also very professional and witty and approachable and friendly to us. Very patient to our son’s unique character of being not easy with simply opening his mouth.
Thank you Melanie and Dr. Amar. We are already feeling so much better after just an opportunity to see you today at the clinic today.

Excellent healthcare services by this clinic. The services are very fast unlike most of the other clinics in lower mainland. Dr Reza Tayebi who attended us is a very intelligent and professional family physician. I being a medical doctor in India always thought that the healthcare services in Canada can be better. This walk in clinic should be a model clinic for others in Canada. I again want to thank Dr Reza for his empathetic approach.

Parked my truck at 7: 35, had an antibiotic prescription by 7: 41. Great clinic in Langley.

What the hell, Reception has a really bad attitude！She rolled her eyes at us, thinking we could not see how the world could have such a poor person. ️️️

Both times I have been to this clinic I have had amazing experiences, they got me in right away and the doctors actually listen and are honest with you about the unknown. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Dr. Amar Ladwa is really good, very professional and kind, every time I came to him with discomfort he was very patient and diagnosed my discomfort one by one.

Went there without an appointment at 7am. Receptionist was very friendly and three doctors were working at that time. Patients didn't have to wait long at all. Great experience for a walk-in clinic visit. Pharmacists were very kind and friendly too. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Dr Mithen is an amazing doctor! I would give him a5 star, on the other hand one of the receptionist is rude, she makes this clinic have a low rating.

My family doctor works here. The best service I have ever had at any clinic. They even call me after hours to give me any test results.

Thank you to the ladies at the front desk & to Dr. Amar Ladwa for seeing me last week. I was in so much pain because of my finger and I was treated with such care. I cried the whole time because it hurt, but also because I was so grateful. Hopefully one day y'all will see me when I'm not crying lol <3

Saw Dr. Ladwa today, he was very professional and very genuine. He answered many of my questions and concerns without dismissing any of them even though they’re a very busy clinic. He made me feel very safe to speak of any issues and concerns and you don’t normally get that with many clinics, so I highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

I was having a breakdown and Melanie could sense the urgency from my voice through the phone conversation for me to see someone, ASAP.
She placed me in a room with privacy until the Dr.was ready. If it weren’t for Melanie’s intuition I would have been lost.

Booked a walk-in appointment this morning to have my ears checked. Not only was the office incredibly clean, and office staff very polite but the Doctor himself was professional, personable, and genuinely caring. Dr Ladwa is an exceptionally wonderful doctor!

Great staff who were extremely compassionate towards me and my children. They went above and beyond to help get us in to see a DR rather than us rushing to the ER. So grateful to them.

Severe back pain took me to this clinic. Was unable to get an appointment with my own doctor for 2 weeks. I didn’t mind at all waiting an hour to see Dr. Ladwa. Front office staff very courteous and helpful. Dr. Ladwa was very thorough and gave pain meds and an X-ray req. Dr Ladwa phoned me twice with my results. Will go to see him again if I have an issue that needs to be dealt with urgently.

I came in the clinic today for my appointment at 10: 30 am I booked a week before. The receptionist took my information and told me to seat and wait. After waiting over an hour I got up and ask “ how long do I have to wait cuz my appointment at 10: 30 and now already after 11: 30.
The respond was the original appointment was never written down and I have to wait about 3 more hrs before I can see the doctor
What’s the point to made the appointment?

My last review was 2 yrs ago and I’m here to update you all as to what the clinic is like now… I am happy to say I found an incredible female doctor “Buchmann” I believe. She taught me so much about female sexual health since I was never taught much by surgeon after my hysterectomy. So knowledgeable, friendly, patient and humorous also very pregnant! How she does it, I don’t know but I’m so thankful! Mel the receptionist is still as wonderful as before even while working while sick due to short staff issues! So if you are kind, and patient with the front desk, you will be treated the same:)

Walk-in is located inside the Pharmasave, there’s no lines or long waits AND the doctor is accepting new patients!

Followed up a week later with the location that was suppose to have been sent my referral so that I could be out on a cancellation list…turns out THEY NEVER RECEIVED MY REFERRAL. I would have never known if I hadn’t called myself. Love how I called the reception at the clinic and they brushed it off like no big deal - SUPER concerning as this has to do with health and timing is of importance with this matter. Also was waiting on blood test results and the doctor went away for the week and no one called to inform me.this is a shame as Dr. Mithen is very nice to deal with and I am all for taking initiative with one’s health- it is SUPER unrealistic to have patients calling to check up on if requests are being sent through/if reception is doing their job. Sad because I’m not the only patient that has had this issue…

I just needed a simple doctors letter to travel as I’ve had COVID previously. “It’s a minimum is $160 depending on what doctor sees you and it’s cash only. ”

Right.

The Manager and Receptionist of this clinic have the most kind hearts. During this pandemic I have found it very hard to find understanding and empathetic staff and doctors. I cant recommend this clinic enough. They are so considerate and they listen to you. The doctor I saw asked what I needed and gave me exactly that. No arguments or invalidating comments surrounding my concerns. I hope to return to this clinic every time I need to see a doctor. Thank you.

Worst clinic ever, canceled literally 30 minutes prior to my visit. Avoid that place like the plague.

I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to go to a clinic and have such welcoming staff. The manager of this clinic is so friendly she speaks to each and everyone of the patients that come in and has the biggest heart. Dr. Tayebi’s is quick and efficient. This was a great experience.

This clinic is top notch and has some of the friendliest staff and doctors Ive ever encountered. Ive been in a few times and its always been nothing but a pleasant experience. The front desk staff goes above and beyond to make you feel accommodated and the doctors are amazing at what they do. Id recommend this place to anyone! Ive read thru the comments and found some negative ones. Whilst everyone is allowed an opinion, I find it hard to believe the things said in these 1 star ratings. Some people are just negative and can never be pleased.

I called to get an appointment and the front desk was helpful and they got me in to see a doctor that day.

I was very impressed with Dr. Wassef and her professionalism and concern for my 93-year-old aunt who I took there.
I asked if she was excepting new patients and she said unfortunately she couldn’t at this time.
I was even more impressed that she would take the time to phone me and ask how my aunt was doing four or five days after the visit and not even being a regular patient of hers.

This was my first time at this clinic & I can't believe how great the experience was. Amazing receptionist, respect choices & does not discriminate in any form, the doctor was friendly and very professional. I came back home thinking 'wow' can't believe how great this visit was.

I have been going to this clinic for a few months now. Reading the negative comments is quite comical because these people only leave negative reviews. AKA Karen’s! This clinic is amazing. When my family doctor was only doing phone appointments this clinic always had an appointment to see a doctor in person which is unheard of these days. These doctors are incredible for doing what they do. The girls at the front are helpful and amazing as well. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Reza Tayebi was the abosulute worse doctor I’ve ever seen. DO NOT GO TO HIM. He is not interested in helping people find a solution to their problems even with an infection present. BEWARE! He doesn’t even deserve the one star above!

My son was rushed to this clinic and had x-rays done 3 weeks ago today and have not gotten the results. I have phoned on 8 different days since December 13. Been told that A) Unless they see something on the X-ray, they won't call back. B) Had the doctor call and leave a message to say he'd call back tomorrow and has not. C) Been told that the doctor hasn't even looked at the x-rays. Different stories each time.

Very unprofessional staff that is rude and disrespectful. I just want to know if my son is good to go. I do not recommend this place to anybody for any reason.

This clinic is excellent. The reviews are correct. From the reception to the doctors to the pharmacist, they are all polite, efficient and caring. The doctor took time to ask questions and check things out. She didn’t try to rush me out which was unexpected. It was worth driving the half hour!

Their Clinic and pharmacy have helped me completely change my life through methadone treatment and other helpful things that have been just as helpful and important. I’m very grateful and rarely leave reviews but I felt I had to as I could never return the favour. Thank you.

If you need professional help, this place definitely not for that, find better clinic in your area

I phoned prior to going to this clinic, and the woman I talked to said to come in and wait. When I got there, they said they couldn't take me today, but could book an appointment for tomorrow. Really? Could they not give the correct information earlier? Never again.

I had a great experience here. I was able to see a doctor quickly as a walk-in patient, and the doctor I saw was thorough, kind, and very helpful.

The manager/receptionist, Melanie, is such a sweetheart and so helpful! She went completely out of her way to make sure my needs were met. Dr. Wassef was also very friendly and helpful. I'm so thankful for both of them and I highly recommend this clinic!

I can not directly speak about the actual medical care. After showing up for a rescheduled appointment the doctor had to leave even though there was an appointment scheduled. My wife was told she had to wear mask over her nose even though she is pregnant and had trouble breathing and was dizzy. After the doctor said it was ok to have under her nose. The receptionist with white hair told her that she should wear the mask over nose. Even though a doctor talking to her was not wearing one and the the same lady proceeded to take her mask off for coffee even though it wasn't in a designated food area. Not cool to tell one thing and do other!

The reception and doctors here actually care about your well being and health (what a refreshing surprise). The wait time was short considering the time of day and I had results back quickly for my infection. When going to another doctor it took 3 days “because of COVID” to get results back when I had a serious infection but here they got me in quickly and had my antibiotics prescribed the same day. Incredible experience here unlike any other clinic or doctor’s office I’ve ever been to.
