Have been a customer for a couple of years. Dr Shin has good skills and attention to detail. Clinic staff is always friendly and near to help. Overall, it was a smooth experience with the clinic. Recommend

The doctor is both professional and friendly! I'm always scared to go to dentist, but thanks to his kind and very detailed explanation about what kind of problems I have for my teeth and how the overall process will go, I felt relieved as well as I could trust him to go through it. All the staff are super friendly, calm, always ready to help the patients, and professional. Highly recommend!

I'm always afraid of going to the dentist, but the doctor's detailed explanation helped me understand what treatment I needed, and it was great that he explained overall how to manage it in the future! We took our kids for dental cleaning and check up, the staff, including the doctors, are kind and very professional. Also the clinic is very clean and nice environment.

Great staff and dentist. I went for my two tooth extraction. The treatment they did was great and after care as well care during treatment the staff doing was incredible.

Few months ago, i had to get an emergency extraction and Dr. Shin and his team were phenomenal - not only did they see me right away, they performed the surgery not too long after.the clinic is immaculate and the entire staff is beyond kind, professional and efficient.definitely my dentist from here on out!

Switching to this dentist was the best decision I ever made!

I had a reoccurring sinus infection that 5 different doctors could not figure out, and the dentist I had before for many years refused to treat me.

I came to Pure Dental and they took me in right away. After some X-rays, they quickly discovered I had an infected tooth, which what was causing the sinus infection. If I had come here before, I could've saved myself 4 rounds of antibiotics and a trip to the Otolaryngologist.

Dr. Shin and Stella are super friendly and inviting. Dentist appointments can be a bit nerve-racking, but they always make me feel very comfortable.

Dr, shin is best dentist i ever met, i had trauma dental clinic before but Pure dental gives me trust "it's gonna be okay" i had to take my wisdom teeth off and cover my teeth which has hole.i can't say it wasn't hard but i can say it was not much hard because Dr shin has skills and take care of patient very well.i am really happy to find RIGHT dental clinic!

I have been to few dental clinics in Langley, this is the best clinic by a long shot. Dr. Shin and Stella (office manager) are a great team. I never felt rushed, appointment are always on time. Highly recommend Pure Dental.

I have been bothered by my molar tooth for a long time. I made the appointment right away and they got me in shortly. First impression, the office is very clean and nice, and the staff were welcoming and caring. Dr.shin pulled my tooth really quick and barely any pain. He did say It was an easy one though. They had the strict covid protocols as I expected from their website. I am happy to find Dr. Shin’s office and I appreciate their service.

I just finished my consultation and teeth cleaning and it was very satisfied My friend introduced me this clinic and I drived from vancouver to langley. It's bit far.but it was worthy to drive all the way down to langley.
It's new clinic, so, its clean and nice and easy parking. XD
People are nice and they are doing their best to provide better service to the customers.

Some clinics do their best to rip off customer's wallet but this people tried to find an option to reduce my burden for the treatment, I was impressed So, I booked for the treatment next week.:)

My teeth had more problems than i thought
: (but they spent extra time to treat it properly and provided many information during the treatment.
Its not like treat, pay, go clinic. But I felt that they really care about the patient's condition and giving good advices.:) good clinic. Thumbs up.

I was looking for a dentist in town for a broken tooth. I was promptly scheduled right away. Dr. Shin swiftly saved my tooth. The interior was so nice and soothing. Impressive clinic with high quality service and friendly staff. Definitely recommended.

From my phone call to book appointment and seeing a dentist and dental assistant, they made me feel relaxed. They are all about patient care. Big thanks to you all for the gentle care and kindness and I would recommend this dental clinic to anyone.

I personally hate going to the dentist and covid makes me worried even more. I’ve been having a problem on my molar tooth for over two months so my co-worker recommended this new clinic to me. The office has strict covid protocols which I liked the most and the staff clearly answered the questions I had in mind. Dr. Shin kindly explained the situation and the treatment I needed. I would say he is the best dentist I have ever met.

Never felt so relaxed in a dentist chair. Dr. Shin's exceptional service and attitude made me feel that he really cares about his patients.
