Super unprofessional staff. They do not have any ethics and do not understand a customers situation. They are not welcoming at all moreover they never do direct billing and would ask you sign various forms authorizing them to charge your credit card. I would recommend go to Synergy which is below their office.

I went for a massage last week and was disappointed with my treatment. I didnt have much opportunity to speak up when something was hurting me. The worker was very kind and sweet, but she seemed more interested in her needs to keep a conversation going during the whole massage. She wasn't able to multitask chatting and massaging at the same time. Some chatting is okay with me, but not when there is so much non-stop talking that I can not have a moment to say that something she's doing is hurting me. The massage was very uncomfortable and did not target my needs due to a lack of opportunity to communicate about the massage itself.

Also, I didn't get the full body massage I had asked for. Seemed like she didn't want to do full body and only wanted to focus on 1 or 2 areas for my 1 hour massage. The same motion was continued for over 30 mins of the massage. I think this was because she was lost in conversation. I left there in pain and eventually noticed bruising on my lower back. My needs were not met, and I left feeling like I wasted my time and money.

I'll go back there again to give it one more try with a different RMT. This is a beautiful office and the staff are very kind. I hope my next treatment goes well. If not, I'll have to find an RMT somewhere else.

Beautiful space which offers many different services including massage therapy, acupuncture, reflexology, and much more. The staff are all lovely and make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I've been coming here for a few years and will continue to do so. Highly recommend.

Elora is such a nice and wonderful person. She has given such a nice and relaxing massage. We talked all over our session and she helped me understand how massage works as I am new to massage therapy. I loved our session.

I highly recommend this clinic, and especially Hannah for RMT. Each time I've gone, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and left my session feeling so much better. Hannah is very knowledgeable, and provides excellent service that helps reduce the pain I have in my neck, shoulders, and back.

The clinic is really well maintained, very professional, and has a relaxing atmosphere. I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

Started having reflexology with Karma and shockingly he has been able to start reversing the severe neuropathy I have in my feet. Its a slow process but my results are far beyond what I had hoped for. Not only do I have significantly less pain but the areas that were numb have receded to a large extent and my feet have a more normal sensation to them.
