I am a stroke survivor for a year now and suffering with a frozen shoulder. I have been to a lot of physiotherapists but find no help to ease the pain. Then, I accidentally saw Pure LIfe Therapy when I am having my counselling on the same floor. I inquired then book for an appointment.
I was assessed by a nice guy Nathan. Then referred me to physioterapist, named Sheila.
My experience with Sheila was exceptional. She is extremely good and a very nice person. She is well experienced on her field. In just 3 days session, there was already a big improvement and now little pains but manageable.
Very thankful to Sheila for the big help with my shoulder pain. And I highly recommend her if you come and visit Pure Life Physiotherapy.

The best physio ever. I really had worst pain in my left ankle and have no idea what happened. Do i went there and Dr. Kusum was my physio. She is brilliant and so kind, patient and friendly. I love her service. Most of the time I met with Nav. She is also very loveable and kind. The environment is also peaceful and clean.

I would highly suggest this crew, particularly Nathan, for all your physio needs. He resolved my shoulder impingement issue pretty fast.

I have a good experience with purelife physiotherapy. I had worst back pain when my pregnancy started and I started taking physiotherapy from 4th month of my pregnancy. Physiotherapist Shabnam gave me good physiotherapy and also recommended some exercises for me to do for back pain, pelvic exercises and much more that helped me a lot. I think all women who are pregnant they should start taking physiotherapies if they have back pain. Please don’t avoid back pain it can be worse. I suggest you all to visit pure life and get relief from your pains during pregnancy. Shabnam will also suggest you some exercises that will help you during normal delivery. One of the excellent physiotherapists I ever seen.

I got physiotherapy treatment from Jasdeep Dhaliwal at the clinic. She has proved to be very effective as she knows the exact location of muscle points like an x-ray machine.
I am very much satisfied as the pain has almost gone. I found her the best among all the physiotherapists at the location.

My pt in particular is amazing, Sheila has been specifically treating me and she is amazing when it comes to relieving any flare ups, pain and other symptoms/issues I may be having. Excellent staff and services, Specially Navi and Naveli at the front desk and my super physio therapist Shabnum, and not forgetting the physical trainer Gareth who are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I went for my ankle as it was hurting alot and use to pain after standing for hours. After visiting Pure life Nathan who helped by giving me right treatment and proper exercise for my ankle. I feel much better now.
