I’ve been going here for a few months now and I’m very happy with the service. I always request Fiona and she is very accommodating and does a great job. She is fast and efficient and super friendly. My nails always look great till the next visit.

Editing my review because I had a totally different experience today. I made an appointment to get a pedicure, and people who came in after me were seated and got started on their service before me. While I was getting my toes done, one of my toes was sensitive because the nail was short. Even though I told the nail tech to be careful and to not file that one nail, she kept doing it and it was painful. Way too much skin was taken off on my toes and I just feel like I wasn't heard. No part of my pedicure was relaxing today. Please ask Tina to slow down and be more gentle.

My Partner and I had pedicures by Fiona and Hannah, they were both amazing! We are rebooked for next month. Fiona is so fun and does a great job of getting my ingrown toenail under control. Hannah did a perfect job on my partners nails and was very gentle as he has diabetes and needs great care in dealing with his feet.

I have going to pure nails for many years, it feels like family now, best services, super friendly and you’re always feeling relaxed. Tracy you are the best. Love ya

I love this place. The staff is always nice and listen to what I wanted. Always gentle and understand how my nails are very sensitive when they remove my old polish. They do not rush their work so it always turns out really good.

I got my nails done today and they turned out very pretty. But the beads have already come off and the fake nails I did are very painful.

Fiona and Kathy are absolutely the best! I would recommend them to anyone, their so professional, kind and attentive to all their clients, I just loved their service

If I could give this place 10/5 stars I would. I started coming here about 6 months ago for both manicures (gel-x & Acrylic) and pedicures. All the girls here are the most friendly and always make you feel comfortable. Kaylee and Fiona have become my go-to girls always treating and doing an amazing job always leaving me super happy. Keep it up ladies thank you so much sisters! <3

Horrible customer service! I have had my nails done here a number of times but the last time my nails started peeling and breaking after only a week. Usually a gel manicure last 4-5 weeks. When I phoned to see if they would fix it, they were very rude and said they wouldn’t do anything. Will never be going back! Very disappointed.

I come with Fiona for a long time now. She always does my pedicure She does a fabulous job she’s the only one i go for my pedicure.

I got gel on my hands on February 16th and today is February 20th and my nails started to flake off. Also, although it is not a short procedure to make hel nails, it took less time than a pedicure. I used gel nail polish for 3 years, I had it done a while ago, I had it done for the first time and I regretted it.

Took 2 and a half hours to do acrylic nails. I asked for solar nails but she did acrylic instead but charged the same amount as solar even though acrylics are cheaper. $84 for a full set which is way too much for bad service. They wasted my time, I left with a bunch of dried gel polish polish all over my hands, she flooded my cuticles and she kept putting the polish on my skin. Please save your money and go somewhere else. Even the lady who paid before me had an issue with them overcharging her. Their techs don’t know what they’re doing. I asked for almond shape but these are definitely stilettos. I ended up going home and filing these down myself.

Emma did an amazing job on my manicure. She’s kind, gentle and perfected the shape. She’s truly the only one I would fully trust with my nails. 11/10 would recommend.

It's ok prices for ok service. Had a pedicure and the lady cut me several times. Ended up bleeding on a couple of my toes. Had a Polish change and it was ok. They were sold out on colours I wanted and went ahead with the shaping without asking me which shape I wanted.

I did a walking in she made me wait for her and when she come it was like she didn't want to do my nail and the women who did my nail was rush. I ask if they do cat eyes and she said no but behind her she had a few of the cat eyes nail polish. I have been doing my nail and some nail you go to the person who is doing your nail at less talk to you, but she didn't want to talk to me

I got shellac nails and pedi from this location, and paid over 150 including tips. The gel polishs were started LIFTED from my own nails AFTER THREE DAYS. The previous gel nails I got from a different shop lasted a month and paid less than Pure.

The person who did my pedicure cut me.
The person who did my manicure was rough and unfriendly.
The person who took my payment gave me a sour look and said nothing after seeing I only tipped 10%.

I’ve been going to Pure Nail Bar ever since
I moved into the area. Specifically, I go to Tracy for acrylic nails. Not only is she professional, but she always achieves the complicated designs I would like. Her work is amazing and I am always satisfied. She is quite fast in comparison to other nail techs I have had in the past. Pure Nail Bar is also my go to place for pedicures. Clean polish application, relaxing massage, and variety of polishes to choose from. I recommend going here for all needs for your nails!

The reviews for this place are pretty spot on. The staff is rude, services are overpriced and they overall don’t do a good job. Would not recommend or come back

I had a great experience with this place as a first time customer. Their salon is clean and well kept. Parking is a bit of a challenge but they have great prices. In fact, I was surprised by the total bill when I checked out. It's very easy to make an appointment last minute. Will come again!

Had a very wonderful time here. I booked an appointment and they helped me right away. The technician was very skillful and professional. Would recommend!

Today, I spoke with Fiona. I appreciate her coming to me and offering to redo my nails for free but its ok. My toe is still a bit red but I can manage.
One thing I can say is that I recommend Fiona. If you are looking for someone who gives good customer service, it's her. So I give her credit for approaching me and talking to me today. There are a few other girls there that are nice and do decent job but overall they still need to improve on their customer service. I'm changing my review from 1 to 3 stars. I still give 1 based on my experience the other day. Thank Fiona for me.

I have not been here a long time and it's for a good reason. I have always felt rushed and the quality of their work is just not as good as the other places I've been to. Their customer service is SO bad. There are a few nice and friendly faces but most of them, they stare at you and just give you that negative vibe and bad attitude.
I understand they are time crunched but leaving with a sore toe because this girl cut and tore off my nail is just unacceptable. She pushed it out really hard and I had to tell her to stop. I also told her to be gentle with my toes because they are very sensitive but no.she was just too rough and in a hurry to finish.

The other girl who worked on my hands was equally rough. I mean ROUGH! She tried to be nice but naaah. It felt so insincere. I asked her twice to even out my nails because they were not filed evenly and she gave me the attitude.

I always had the same person before but she left and the other one was not available that day and I am going away and I just needed my nails done. I understand this is not some high end place but I just left feeling horrible and utterly disappointed. The sad thing is that, I am a very loyal customer and I really give good tips. As in as much as 25-35% sometimes depending on the quality of work.

Yes, for a mani and pedi I would usually give
$ 20 -$25 tip for each person that worked on me. I would even bring Starbucks drinks or if I know its their bday or there are holidays, I would give away gift cards, a bottle of wine, etc just to say thank you. I am THAT Customer. This is not to brag and I don't want to put your business down either but this is to help you improve your services.

Customer service is very important. You lose really good loyal customers when you are just in a hurry to make money. You rush and disappoint your customers. Also, if your workers are a little bit more friendlier with regulars, please acknowledge everyone that comes to your place. Not just stare at them or ignore. Be happy and thankful they come for your services.

I wish there is a 0 star! Emma did my nail today soooo bas she was extremely rough + rude+angry! She hearts me many times! Almost about the end i told her please be gentle u are rough! She got so angry and said I’m doing my job! Speaking her language! Chinese with her friend any way! Another lady came finish it for me so by 2 worker thy did this for me and charge 84$

PACKED!

It was very packed, wished they gave s bit longer of a foot massage like most places. The customer service and staff is sweet. She did ask a bit too many questions when I wanted to relax with my friend. The staff would budge in and talk which kind of threw me off (she was sweet regardless, just wish they can read the room that I’m with a friend to enjoy a mini pedi day)

She didn’t ask which shape to have my nails. I was focused on talking with my girlfriend and by the time, she already cut my nails and it was rounded. (Wanted square).

Always a good experience coming here. The salon is clean and the girls are efficient and friendly. The only thing is sometimes they don’t have your favorite color so make sure you have a back up.

I wouldn't go here again. They overbook and don't respect appointment times, I had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment time before they freed up a space for me. Way too many people inside during covid times. I got a mani/pedi and it took them forever because they kept leaving to service other clients - trying to do multiple clients at the same time. Neither service was done well in the end.

Don't go on Sat. I was visiting the neighbourhood and went in late Sat for a regular mani pedi. The owner was nice enough to squeeze me in. It was really packed but everyone was masked and it looked clean enough. She pointed me to a wall of polish, mostly gel or no name polish. They didn't have what I wanted (who doesn't carry french manicure pink? !) so I randomly chose a couple of fun colors.

Anyways, my mani pedi was fine but the lady was pretty rough. You know when you kind of brace yourself before the cuticle cleanup? She didn't speak English so communicating was non-existent except of course when it came to tipping - she made it very clear she expected more. Unfortunately I also ended up sitting next to a toxic gel job and my nail dryer sucked up a lot fumes directly in my face so I couldn't wait to get out of there. Mental notes to myself: ask for an alternate who looks like she wants to be there and find a decent place with a dry bar.

For almost $60 I expect polish to last at least a week. Nope. Hopefully they're better at gel.

Great little place to get your nails done, just moved into the area. Saw Rachel and she did a fantastic job. Plus they where super accommodating and I was able to get a last min pedi.

I just visit this place. I went twice before and I had a good experience but today was the last visit girl Emma did my nails and I don’t like the design and I ask her to remove it from my 3 fingers and she was rude I understand that she did work hard to do it but if I don’t like something i will not keep it. And they all speak in their language and make other people anxious. I just hate the service today and paid $78 for poor service. Their are lot better places to go.
