Linda is great! Great attention to detail and pampers you for the full hour. I haven't had any concerns about cleanliness over the last year and especially during COVID 19.

They let the staff who doesn’t know how to do some service. I booked CND Acrylic Full Set.
The shape is too big and even she didn’t ask me.
I didn’t see that she adjust the nail of shaping.
I asked to another tech, but she wasn’t be honest either. I work in the customer service manager and if customers complain and staff protect each other, they lose the customers.
They should think about the customer‘s money.
I’m not picky, I had bad experience some other salons, but I understand that it’s depends on the technician’s skill. Even so, they should have basic. This is not acceptable.
I booked this place because I couldn’t book at the another salon where I always go. If the staff doesn’t know how to do it, they shouldn’t take reservations. It’s better to let the customer know the cancellation.

I've been going to Pure Nail Bar for some time and I've always appreciated the quality and service. Today I booked Anna to try on lash extension for the first time. She was delightful and I will continue booking her for my nails and lashes. She is very sweet and does a wonderful job. Thank you Anna! See you next time!:)

A bit frustrated how I called asking if there’s a spot available in 10min and they said yes and once I arrived, I end up still waiting almost 50min once I arrived?
I even asked after 20mins of waiting how long it would take and said 5min… but clearly it didn’t.
Although she did a good job in the end, just sad how I wasted so much time

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They also offered my boyfriend to let him have a seat besides me.
I wouldn’t rate it 5 as I did not have a great experience with pedicure. I saw another customer having a better pedicure massage and with a different scrub than mine probably because I mentioned I only want classic paint and not the gel pedicure. However the lady did mention that the only difference is that they use gel paint on toes but the remaining process is the same.
I also did not like the paint on my foot nails. She only did one layer and the finishing wasn’t great
I wouldn’t rate it 5 as I did not have a great experience with pedicure. Edit April 15: After coming here for 4 years, I've updated my review to reflect my most recent message experience as I don't think the consistent quality is there anymore, especially for the price.
The nail tech was a little overzealous with cutting the cuticles and drew blood. Not a big deal, things happen. However, they didn't acknowledge it in any way and I paid for the service and left. By the time I made it to the plaza upstairs my nailbed was covered in blood and it was dripping down my sandals. It wouldn't have been hard for them to have apologized and offered me a bandaid, instead I had a ruined pedicure and blood-stained sandals within 5 minutes of leaving.
I also had a gel manicure at the same time - a simple solid color. It was chipped a week later. When I went to a different salon to get a fresh manicure, the woman there was aghast that it was gel and theorized that the last person has failed to put on the base coat.
I've been here several times and always have a good experience. Its a nice, clean, bright space. The staff is always friendsly and efficient.
I understand it isn't everyone's preference, but I love that the pedi is done in a simple stainless steel bowl vs.a jetted tub as I know that the stainless steel bowls are simple to sanitize.

Booking is easy and convenient since it can be done online. The quality of service is very different depending on who you book with. My first booking was with Mia and my nail lasted for 5 weeks without chipping. The second time I booked with another lady and my nails were chipped in 4 DAYS! So make sure you book with someone who is experienced.
