The soft gel nails were durable, and when I was booking, I asked for a quiet area as I needed to be in a meeting, and they were really accommodating.

Always great results! Setting is clean and comfortable. Estheticians are well trained. Love the movies they play as well

The staff are friendly and scheduling online is very easy. I came in for a pedicure and it turned out great.

Pedicure was well done. Atmosphere was not very relaxing (loud shows played by on the TV) and chairs weren’t very comfortable.

Went in for a mani pedi, felt pretty rushed was out of there in under 45min. Everything looked good but the gel polish has already started lifting and chipping 4 days after the service. Pretty disappointed.

I have had acrylic and gel nails done every 3 weeks for over 20 years. New to Vancouver I tried this shop. I've never walked out of a nail salon with my nails chopped down to the wick. I'm so upset that they ruined my nails, claiming they couldn't save them. I'm completely in shock and will now have to wait weeks to grow them out again or pay another shop to give me extensions.

Terrible quality manicure and pedicures. The West Georgia location is the worst. The technicians don’t know how to shape nails or cut cuticles. Your polish will be put on uneven an peel in a day. Staff is really rude too

Overall had a good experience. They were very busy, and kept their scheduled appointments. I think it was what I would expect for the price.

Great pedicure for the price! My friend and I walked in just before noon on a Saturday and they had room for us for a pedicure. Lots of colours to choose from and the staff did a great job and were friendly. It was a bit hard to find as tourists was the only downside.

Although the price is reasonable and the experience was good, both mine and my mother inlaw's pedicures came off after 2 days! The dryers were not very good or something, I'm not sure what it happened. But would not recommend and won't be back.

I really do like the burrard location. Excellent colour selection and fair priced. Lost 1 star because talent amongst their staff is inconsistent. Sometimes, I’m going back again and again with my gel nails lasting 2.5 weeks. If someone else does it, then it lasts 1 week. The experience is not always the same.

I went here after a trip to Hawaii with some long muddy hikes. I received a much needed manicure and pedicure for a great price. The staff were funny and friendly. The salon has a great set up that allows you to watch some tv during your treatments. For a cost efficient spa experience, I recommend this highly.

This place is okay. I find that they are almost always busy so you get rushed in and out. I recommend an appointment, and go when there is a promotion, otherwise I would go somewhere else.

Friend called in to say she was going to be late around 10 minutes. When she finally arrived, the staff told her that she is not going to get full service because she was late, even though the place wasn't even full, and no one was waiting.

This is an example of terrible, terrible customer service.

I came here last week for a gel manicure. 6 days later all of my nails are chipped, or the entire polish has come off.

Clean, friendly and accommodating.

Came in as a walk-in and the ladies were all booked. They were able to fit me in later in the afternoon and let me sit on the couches until then. I had two different women doing my pedicure and manicure. They were very accommodating and did an excellent job. The only thing was I thought they forgot about me as my nails were drying. But they actually didn’t. It’s because they put on two coats and a protective layer, so it took a lot longer to dry.

Would go here again.

I enjoy going here and have for years. The view is nice and it is clean. Everything is sterilized each time too.
