Purple Nails

Went to this place today. Took me in pretty much right away which was nice but the nail tech kept picking at my skin with the nail file when I said it was hurting me. Then the nails were completely uneven when it came to length. I had to keep checking and reminding him. Now I came home and I realized my pinkie on my left hand is completely not leveled and just looks crooked and lifted. And there’s a cut on my middle finger on my right hand. I wanted to give this place another chance because I had been here previously. Never coming back again. So disappointed.

Purple Nails is awesome. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Moon is very talented and always has great ideas for nails. The best nail tech I have been to!

Really had a bad experience this time! I have visited them couple of times before and felt the staff are welcoming and friendly! This time I had to go for a trip so I went for mani pedi and gel polish! When she first did my toe nails she re did it as it wasn’t proper and this was second time she had done it and within 24 hours this happened!
Even my nail on the finger broke and it hurts a lot! Really very disappointed with this as I cannot do anything when I’m already on a trip!

Booked an appointment a month in advance, a week before my appointment - we got a text saying the nail tech we booked is not available anymore and only their junior nail tech is available. They always make you wait for so long before they take you in and always give a different nail tech then booked. They used to do a good job, but their service is not good at all. Used to be my go-to spot, but after a couple times of being disappointed - I stopped going. I wish they cared about customer service.

Had a gel manicure done today. The girl didn't remove cuticles didn't file my nails seems like i was just getting a color change, i had to ask her to do it and she said we don't remove cuticles. I paid 50 dollars for nothing, waste of money. I would not recommend this place.

The polish they did went bad and chippy after a few days. Went in to explain and see what they could do to fix. The owner refused, yelled at me in a foreign language, classy move that. They do NOT stand behind their work. Avoid.

I had an appointment for my mom and myself for a manicure and pedicure. No massage was given. Not even thst she applied any sort of cream/moisturizer to our hands or feet. All she did was trim nails, removed cuticles and nail paint.which was also not professionally done. This salon being closer to my home, I thought to try it.but unfortunately totally waste of money and time.would not recommend for manicure/pedicure

This is just the third day since I got my nails done.so very upset about the nails.first of all I have never had pain during any removal of gel nails but here it was so bad and very painful. I dont know what was the lady doing. When I reached I home I saw my nails were all filed crooked, the colour was not opaque and the first day itself the polish is chipping. It's day 3 today and I have 3 nails that is already chipped and others cracking. I am literally crying thinking I have put so much money to waste that I have to go back to another place immediately to do my nails all over again.

I had a manicure done by Tracy and a pedicure done by Leah today. They were both kind attentive, and very thorough with their work. They did an excellent job, probably the best manicure pedicure I’ve had in a long time they’re much better than any of the other nail salons in Fleetwood, who all tend to rush you and do a sloppy job. They took their time and were both neat and tidy with their work and paid attention to what I wanted. Excellent service and will definitely use again.

I had an appointment and arrived on time. My technician, Tina had just started a walk-in so I had to wait. What was the advantage of making an appointment? One of the staff members had a huge dog in the shop blocking the front entrance. I couldn’t hang up my coat on the rack because there was a dog leash and dog blanket that were covered in dog hair on the rack. However, Tina did an excellent job on my pedicure, as usual.

I had the donut glazed style done on my natural nails. Jessy did an amazing job! She shaped my natural nail to perfection in a timely manner. I will definitely be returning to Purple Nails. They rock!

Super friendly salon, i love coming here for acrylics and talking to the nail techs. They also have the cutest puppy and the best nail designs

I am extremely happy with my Cat Eye nails! It was my first time trying here coz I just wanted something new and good thing I found them coz they are providing the “instagrammables” and “tiktok famous” designs! Just had to rate them 4/5 coz of waiting time. I booked appointment for 2pm but accommodated around 2: 15pm for my pedi session. I don’t know if they forgot or something that I have an overlay acrylic session that I have to ask if somebody will do my nails. I mean, that’s the sense of having appointments right? But yeah, I just love my nails now! Hope they can improve their timings.

I wish i can give a zero start. I called them before i went there, they said yes u can come now. Then i waited there for 15 mints that was ok for me. Then the lady start doing my underarms after doing tht she said done. I said i asked for full arms and underarms. Then she was like but the girl told me just underarms. I said even i called you guys before coming here. Then she said can u wait for 10 mints i will just finish my other thing. I said ok, then again i waited there for another 20 mints. That was very unprofessional. Then the wax she did was awful even i told her my skin is very sensitive. I am sorry guys u charge sooo much but ur work is awful seriously. Very disappointed

I went for a walk in to tint my brows and lashes.
Ended up with a full face wax, mani pedi, and lash/brow tint. All of which are high quality, done in 56 minutes by two of the women working.

I'm quite cynical when it comes to salons but I am seriously impressed with the services here. I have no reservations about returning here for regular maintenance.
