This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a Bell Store in my 20+ years of being a Bell customer. I had limited time to return my phone and to transfer all my data to a new one and Gurnoor P, was able to assist me and I even had 5 minutes to spare. Grunoor was very knowledgeable, polite, helpful & witty. As I told Grunoor I will be back to this location when I need anything Bell related. I would highly recommend this location.

Went in with a concern over billing with my mom's phone and was met with helpful in person customer service and issue was resolved calling the online team. What a breath of fresh air to share that I felt supported from a cell phone company I would recommend
