We purchased a couch under 2 years ago from QLiving. Unfortunately, within several months we noticed that the seams were progressively stretching apart on the cushions but it was not severe enough to make a claim about. One year in, we had to travel to take care of a family member for 7 months where the couch got zero use. After returning, the seam issue continued to progress and now the couch is literally coming apart in multiple areas. The quality of the couch is terrible, this couch was bought to replace our Ikea furniture but I wish we didn’t. Customer service basically just said sorry to hear about your couch but good luck with your own repairs as it has been over a year. $2000 for a couch that is coming apart after just over a year of use is shocking. We are very unhappy with our experience, especially since we have referred friends/clients over the years. Buyer beware. We’re now out $2000 and will be shopping for a new couch as this one seems to have a large design flaw that will likely keep reoccurring.

Came in today to look at beds and couches with my husband and Vincent was super helpful in giving us tons of information and multiple options. He was super helpful and didn't pressure us into purchasing right away until we could make the right choices, but we will definitely be coming back to buy once we've made our decision and hopefully Vincent will be there to help us again!

Q living has an amazing selection of Canadian made, custom couches. I have been looking for a couch for nearly 3 years now with no luck. Within an hour of walking in to Q living's showroom, I decided on a couch and was able to customize it. The couch will be delivered in 4 weeks, what's better than that! I was helped by Stephanie and Robbie; they were incredibly knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this furniture store to anyone and everyone.

I bought my couch from Q Living 4+ years ago and it’s held up great! It’s still comfortable and strong; no sagging or any problems.

I had such a great experience years ago I brought my (very picky) mom to come look at couches this past weekend because she was looking to replace her current one.

She found exactly what she wanted with the help of the lovely staff who answered all her questions. I loved that my mom could choose the type of sofa, custom fabric, firmness, and sectional side. Really exceptional customer service and pricing, too. (They were truly so patient with my mom’s many questions!)

It’s pretty cool the sofas are custom made in Canada. A great local business to go to for any of your furniture needs. I will be coming back when I need a new couch.

I walked in to the showroom during the beginning stages of my couch search. The space was huge, and filled with different couch models around the store for you to see and try. I appreciated how each couch had a decorated space, which helped to envision how it would fit with other furniture, and to gain inspiration from.

Vincent was incredibly helpful with distinguishing the different models, unique features and firmness/fillings. He is highly knowledgeable about the benefits of each option, and is detailed in figuring out which product would best suit your living room situation. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!

We first saw Q Living Furniture at the Home Show and as we were looking for patio furniture, we visited their location in Richmond to see the full selection. Both Joe and Nic were very helpful. Joe answered all our questions the previous week and this past weekend Nic closed the deal with great recommendations on colour, best price options and some additional pieces that would be great with our patio furniture. The products here look like they are built to last with a great modern look. Can’t wait to get our patio furniture delivered. I have been a long time customer with Q-Living. I purchased a queen bed and a coffee table there a while ago when I was in an apartment and then another sofa and patio set for my current home.
The customer service has been always good. Joe was our sales guy this time and he was a great help. There were some issues with the sofa but they replaced it in the end. I appreciated all their help resolving the sofa alignment issue. Thank you

Alex was very kind and patient explaining all the things to consider when picking a sectional. He was clearly very knowledgeable and was honest about weaknesses of certain designs and materials when comparing different brands. There are a lot of options to choose from in store and you can freely try them all. Everyone in store was very welcoming and friendly.did not feel pressured at all to make a purchase even though we, of course, inevitably did with the great service!
