Q-Nails

Came here in a pinch as my regular nail lady was busy and boy do I have regrets! Not a single name is the same length or color. Fuzzies stuck in my nails, the same polish was used but the Colors on my nails are Mia matched. So many bubbles. Anytime I would say anything, I would get a death stare. I had three different people work on my nails. Avoid this place cause holy Hannah that was BRUTAL

Don't ever go here to get your eyebrows done! I have a HUGE chunk missing out of my left eyebrow and the lady tried to argue telling me it was like that before coming in and the manager admitted she made a mistake and said "sorry" nothing more. I left the store in tears

My go-to nail place, I love that it's close to home and work. Nails are always good quality and last a long time. There are a few ladies that don't listen very well when I tell them I'd like my nails shorter (yes, I know the point of fake nails is the length, but I can't function once they grow put even longer before I get them done again) they laugh it off and say it's better.

Ava has been my favorite technician other than the male technician who works there. He's awesome, too.

NEVER GO HERE.i got a fungal infection on each finger the next few days from their dirty tools.the doctor prescribed me a $150 ointment to apply to my nails every day for a month because my cuticles are inflamed and bruised.my nails are all chipped and brittle and they won’t stop bleeding.i went in to the salon that same day to show the manager and his response was that my fingers looked fine and they clean there tools and all they can do is re clean them.i am not a karen so i am not one to make a scene but the way he was acting all closed off was very disrespectful. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH LOOSING YOUR FINGERS OVER!

I was told on the phone that for nail file and cuticle would be $20 but was charged $27. When questioned
why giving wrong information on phone, she said no no its not $20 and charged me full amount. Ridiculous

Kim did my nail fill and was so great! She was so meticulous and checked to make sure they were PERFECT. Each nail matches the one on the opposite hand perfectly. She made sure they were the exact length and shape I wanted and was so sweet the whole time. The quality of work is great and the customer service was excellent. She checked in to make sure I liked the little design as well! Highly recommend seeing Kim at Q nails =)

I went to get an acrylic set and when this lady did them she rushed and did them terrible they are ugly and not worth $80

Eva was amazing! There are no bumps, marks or bubbles in my nails every time I go to her. My nails stay on a very long time and are strong. My nails looked so great I actually teared up. Love Q nails!

Worst experience getting my lashes done. Save your money and go somewhere else where they will atleast offer to fix them.

I really like Micheal for my nails because he does a great job on them every time, they never break and they are beautiful and the other ladies have done lovely pedicures for me too! I highly recommend this place!

He was quick and color was good. Just not very chatty. Smile more and you may start to see people smile back!:) Great people!

Very unprofessional service. I asked for 3 different ways to do my nails and not one of them could be done. Did not listen to anything I had explained or said.

Happened twice booked an appointment for eyelashes extensions when went there was no booking under the name.

I am a basic B, so I just go for shellac manicure. Simply awesome! My nails haven't looked this good in ages

I can tell you I rarely venture out for any pampering. I was welcomed and accepted by Q Nails. No judgements, but genuine advice (sought out advice). The abby Q Nails not only create happiness in me, I am proud to tell ppl where I got my nails done. I should add I drive a distance for this experience. I live in the country. My favourite place to get my nails done. Nee and Michael are both amazing as I’m sure are the other staff. They have punch cards to get $10 off your order. Nee is also amazing at lashes! This place is my favourite not just because of the quality of the nails, but the extremely kind service is what makes it my go to nail salon.

I went last week and i thought things were okay but it turns out whoever did my pedicure had stabbed my toe and it had been bleeding a little and now it’s infected pretty bad, i’ve been cleaning it every day and yet it’s still getting worse.i don’t want anyone else to risk the same thing happen.

I would say, save money and go somewhere else

Got a gel Mani pedi. The gel was not put on my nails properly

I recieved a gift certificate to get a mani and peddi. I upgrade to shellac.cost me an extra 50 bucks.total was 130.00 only lasted 2 weeks and started to lift off my nails.called and they said i didnt look after them.never had that happen before.prob wont go back.

Great place with good service. All nail techs do a beautiful job except for the older lady, she gets sloppy and doesn’t clean up your nails when she gets messy.

Over priced, 133$ and my nails look horrible, there are air pockets all over, the French is way to short (cant be fixed without doing the whole nail again and there is yellow underneath from the last nails that weren't taken off properly which was a 15 or 20 dollar charge, so many other fantastic places that are 50$ less for mani pedi!

Had a shellac polish change done and it’s terrible, the sides are all jagged and not filled in and the tops of my nails are rough. I was first appointment of the day too and she rushed through my nails super fast.

I love this place. The staff is friendly, professional and efficient at what they do. The store is clean, organized and every treatment I've had looks beautiful. They're my go to, when I'm on the go.

Place looks just like any other typical nail salon. They did my nails and it was more exspensive than it was said it would be. Manicure was okay. I got fake nails.one or two were not straight. I specifically asked them to redo it becuase it wasn't straight but hey insisted it was. IT WAS NOT. I got gel mani with just 2 fake big toe nails. They used a white polish that i asked for, but you could see streaks in all the nails (AKA they needed at least one more coat). The worst thing of my entire time there were my fake nails on my big toes. Ine was okay and the other was massive! It was actually squared and way longer than the other one.i had to go home and clip a large amount off and then sand it down to look half normal. NOT GOOD

My experience at Q-Nails was overall bad. They did not greet me or my mom when we walked in. No one was social distancing or wearing masks. The customer chairs were less than 6 feet away from one another. They did not sanitize the area or tools after each customer. There was a nail tech wearing a mask but it was not covering her nose. The gel nail was awfully done with bubbles and there was paint on my skin. My nails lasted a couple days, when normally it lasts a couple weeks. It was quiet and awkward going in to the place, no one was talking, no music or anything.

Save your money and go elsewhere.
