Terrible experience (now for second time in as many visits, so there will not be a third chance for them) : staff does not listen; staff knows everything better and even when they realize they were wrong does not apologize. The entire business appears disorganized and nobody signs responsible for the problem as "of course" the problem can only be the customer. I am a retired physician and my wife is a retired nurse so the terminology and language used were not the problem either. I can only recommend for people to use an alternative pharmacy if at all possible.

The delivery people are great they work with your schedule and pleasant and buisnes oriaurnated.

This place is a goldmine for Gluten free items, Spices, herbal tinctures and other funky finds. Don't be misguided from the reviews, this place is a real gem ️

I have been a regular customer of the store for years and find they have reasonable prices for certain items. I had an upsetting encounter today with a staff member that was rude and yelled at my 4 year old child. We’re both shakes after this encounter and would like an apology from the owner.

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs it’s horrifically expensive and the store is a complete mess. Owners are also rude which I’m sure you can gather by their replies to other reviews.

Came in to purchase two items and the lady at the front counter spent about 5 minutes convinced they werent the right price even tho she had scanned the barcode on the item sent by the manufacturer, was also very rude, didnt make me want to purchase anything there

Worst pharmacy in the city. Nobody knew anything about anything. Stood there for 20 minutes while they rifled through stock. Couldn’t ask a simple question without “ we don’t know the girl who works that department isn’t in” yet they couldn’t even read products off the shelf? I’ll never even shop here again.

One of the few places in town that carry the Radius floss I like ~ they also carry a lot of natural and organic foods, more than Fairways next door, I was surprised!

I used to use the pharmacy and they had on record that I have an anaphylactic latex allergy. Yet, more than once, my meds came with elastics on them. One time, they took my stepdaughter's blister packs back, took the elastics off, and regave me the same packages. I knew because the initials were changed on them. I now use a latex-free pharmacy.

Btw, my last name has changed since using their pharmacy, I've gone back to my maiden name. Just in case they try to say that I was never a customer. It was under Hy***/Bo******.

Not sure what to rate. On one hand they have a wide variety of specialty food items, on the other hand pretty much everything is expired and sold at full price.

The stores owners (the younger ones) are really friendly, but the elderly woman who used to work the counter was extremely rude to me on many occasions. She accused me of stealing around Christmas time, when I had a bag that was from Marshalls with wrapping paper that they didn't even sell at this pharmacy. It was very embarrassing and I told her I would never steal. Many other times I had purchased boxes or postal supplies (you can't buy them at the register only the postal register) and she accused me of stealing them too.

Glad she isn't at the store anymore, because she gave me really bad anxiety. The staff there now are really great and the store looks much better than it did last year!

Our family has switched to Quadra Village Pharmacy for all our needs because of the friendly, knowledgeable staff and the personalized, caring service. Highly recommend.

This store is really a hidden gem that all my friends have loved for years! Cool variety of products at good prices, including stuff you can't find across the lot at the supermarket. Usually when my roommate comes home with interesting snacks, he's just come from this shop!

Unfortunately, I haven't stopped by as much loopover the past year or so due to an incident with an older lady working the till that made me feel I had personally offended her and was unwelcome (not sure if she's still there or if she was just having a bad day). That's the only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars!

While there is one particular staff member at the Post Office that is a fantastic, relaxed, friendly guy, some of the other Post Office staff here completely lack customer service skills or common courtesy toward patrons. I have repeatedly witnessed specific staff yelling at or getting frustrated with customers or asking them to go home before closing time despite having waited in line for 30 mins. In response to the owner's comment on my review: I have personally been in this boat and am disinclined to agree.

Worst place to buy Medicine.they have a sign to wear mask all the time in Quadra village Pharmacy, But look at the owner working behind the counter not wearing mask. Thanks for your review. BUT I was there in the store for more than 20 min to wait in a line & the person you are talking about he walking all around the place and he passed by me to enter behind the counter WITHOUT WEARING MASK.it’s doesn’t matter if he behind the counter or not, it’s matters that you guys need to provide us a safe environment to he can not speared any germs or virus to anyone.

I just want to share this hidden gem. Find gluten free, keto diet and health/earth conscious products here for reasonable prices. They were kind enough to bring in a liquid iron supplement that is much easier to absorb than the pills are.

Look at the profiles of all the 5 star reviews. Most don't have profile pictures and this is the only place they reviewed. Guess the owners spend more time making fake reviews than working stock.

If you look at all the reviews of this place, it's either all 1-2 star reviews or 5 stars. It's very obvious that the owners of this place are writing fake reviews to try and compensate for the overwhelmingly negative opinions of this place (none of the 5 star reviews sounds like the way an actual human would speak, either, making it reeeeeal obvious). Their responses to bad reviews are also incredibly immature - no, I'm not your competitor or a disgruntled ex-employee. Owners who actually cared would try and fix the things people are criticizing, but, well.

This place is horribly organized - in a literal sense when it comes to the store (all the comments about it being a mess, boxes being everywhere, expired products on the shelves are true), and in a managerial sense. They never have enough staff working in the front or in the pharmacy. All their employees either look stressed and panicked all the time or like they just don't care. The younger male owner seems like he shouldn't be anywhere near prescription medications. The older female who often works the front literally screams at customers and staff. They have terrible employee retention, which is always a huge red flag for any business. Seems like there was a new person almost every time I went.

I've purposely gone further to get prescriptions and pharmacy shopping done instead of doing it here after too many terrible experiences. Unfortunately, Canada Post sends all my mail here and they're equally awful at managing that.

Stay away if you can.

Edit: You people are delusional, but sure. ~ALL~ the bad reviews are only your competitor, they couldn't possibly be real people with legitimate complaints! I honestly hope this place goes out of business, because you've definitely proven you don't actually care about customer opinions.

This place is extremely unprofessional and the response to reviews by this business is immature. Many of the products are expired and the store is poorly managed and unhygienic.

Edit: To respond to the owners reply to my review, I’m not a competitor and the way you respond to customers trying to give feedback shows that you aren’t interested in improving. I’m not writing a negative review to ruin your business. You do that on your own with the way you treat others and manage your store.

The post office at this location is horrible. They don't know what they're doing most of the time, or the clerks spend half of their shift chatting with customers about their next trip to Australia instead of helping the next person in the growing line up. This location NEEDS to close! I wish Canada Post would stop bringing my mail here. The people working at the post office have no pride or passion in their job.which really says something about the work culture that the owners have created.

This place is incredibly unprofessional. You can tell their priorities are money but not customer service or pride in their work.

The owners are quite rude, like to argue and tell you how you are while taking no responsibility for their own mistakes and flaws.

They sell food past its due date without notifying the buyers. CHECK ALL DATES ON THE PRODUCTS.

They also have a mouse problem so check any food you purchase as many times its been stepped on or nibbled by the little ones.

Its very dirty and disorganized and don't bother searching for makeup. There's tons of boxes everywhere and the section is all out of date products and a complete mess.

They have some fun products but its not worth the stress, there's no prices on many items or they're the wrong price and she does not stay true to the signs.

Skip this place.

The people here are very friendly. They gave me a flu shot while I waited on my meds, which was ready much quicker than at other pharmacies. I'll definitely be coming here from now on.

They close the post office early in direct contradiction to the info provided by Canada Post. They say that Canada Post hours are wrong and to consult the Pharmacy website for accurate hours. They are the same hours on the website! When we explained this to the staff they were very rude and condescending. We will never shop here.

Agree with the previous reviews of the store being disorganized (boxes everywhere) and full of expired items. They do have good prices on certain food items, but for some reason, many of the price tags are usually missing, causing you to come up to the cash to ask every time you want to do a price check. Many items are also expired so you always have to double check.
On a recent visit, a homeless man was asking at pharmacy counter for a mask to enter the clinic and they told him he needed to purchase one from the front cash for 2$. He didn't have 2$. Finally a customer gave him some change to purchase one. Other stores just give you a mask if you don't have one.
And before I am accused of it as other reviewers are, no, I am not a disgruntled ex-employee or someone from a competing store. I am just a shopper who has noticed the store could use a lot of work by way of organization over the last few years.

My mother and I have been frequent customers of Quadra vVillage Pharmacy for many years. I have never met such welcoming people. You feel like part of the family. They always answer any questions you may have and will take as much time as needed to make you feel comfortable and well informed. I highly recommend the Quadra Village Pharmacy

I had an disappointed experience with one of the cashier here! The ruddest person i encountered in my whole life! I wish her all the best in life! Honey life is too short just be happy!

This place is terribly run - half the items don't have price tags and there's always a stock of boxes filling an entire aisle. I went the other day to pick up some items and forgot the honey at the counter. Came back 15 minutes and the man at the desk claimed I must've dropped it outside!? Even with a receipt he would not offer a refund or give me another jar of honey.terrible service and professionalism of any store I've ever been too. EDIT to respond to owners: The man started bagging the honey, but I said I didn't need a bag I had my own and he never provided me with the honey he put in the bag.

Pharmacist refused to help, when it was in her power legally to do so. Will not return, don't suggest you go here if your medications are ones you can't live without. No pharmacist should talk to a mother trying to help her child in that way. EVER.

Edited to add. No. I don't actually work for your competitor, and you have now personally posted lies about me. That is slander. I've made a formal complaint about your store to Pharmachoice Corporate, you can't just sit here and post lies about people because they are upset with bad service.

Manager threw me out saying I was a “Criminal”. I shop there every week and because I was in my work clothes (carpenter).
