Dr. Wahid was extremely unknowledgeable about woman’s health (not surprised). He had no empathy towards what I explained was going on. Told me I needed to “manage” my anxiety as if that’s not what I am already trying to do. Questioned that I understood anything he was talking about but then expected me to know all about medical information that any person would not typically know. Complained to me about why another doctor was prescribing me XYZ when he did not agree but took credit for saying he suggested certain things that he liked but were actually suggested by the other doctor. I am seriously questioning where he received his education because the fact that he thought woman’s menstrual cycles MUST be every 28 days is very concerning.

Like any walk-in clinic, it can be difficult to get an appointment, but I choose to make appointments here every time, even if it takes several days to get through. I am always treated with kindness and respect.

Dr. Wahid has helped me a couple of times now, and he is wonderful. He is extremely honest in such a graceful and sympathic way, and I am so grateful to have received his help and advice.

All of the receptionists have also spoken to me with nothing but kindness and patience as well.

Doctors offices often intimdate me, but everyone who works at this clinic makes me feel safe and comfortable.

Best service ever. A bit slow, but very attentive to your pains. They listen to you and provide you with what you need. If it’s more expensive, they’re charging for their amazing service ️?

This Indian lady told me a doctor would call me back tomorrow (Friday) to prescribe me medication for my strep.
I waited Friday until 1: 30 then I called back and the same person answered and said id have to wait till Monday for a call. This Indian lady shouldn’t even be working there. She has no clue what’s going on. Horrible job done by her

Horrible front desk lady. NEGATIVE 5 STARS. I’ve been a patient here for only a few months and I’m grateful for that but the front desk staff make it a dreadful experience. Rude and barking at you saying that you’re wrong and then snickering with co-workers. Over the phone and in person I’ve dealt with the same lady and every time it’s the same way. Extremely frustrating. Dr wahid is an amazing doctor who beyond deserves amazing staff.

The doctors and staff were so helpful and polite-I really appreciated their competence and reliability. Thank you!

Front desk was nice, wait was a day thanks to overall Vic doctor shortage. 3-8pm window, doc called at 7 pm. Very honest but in a kind & understanding way. Have been talked down to before (other places) so it was refreshing, helpful. The struggle continues but I can vouch I tried to be polite / nice & the respect was returned.

I feel very lucky to be Dr. Sing's patient. Everyone in the office is also nice, they always answer phone calls and stay on top of their emails. Lucky to have found this clinic.

Dr. Wahid is an excellent physician, very friendly, takes a lot of time. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I could not be happier. Everyone in Victoria should have access to such a good doctor

Terrible.i booked an appointment for talking with doctor then he sent me for blood exam and the doctor will not call you even he received the result.then i called the clinic to ask and they said that I need to book other appointment for talking about my result with doctor.i'm really disappointed with lack of concern and service.

This places states that it is a walk in clinic but almost every time I have come here to see a doctors it's either the clinic is closed or it's appointment only. DONT SAY YOU ARE A WALK IN WHEN THE WALK IN IS ALMOST NEVER OPEN! I'm going to a walk in clinic because of the fact that there are no appointment because if I'm going to to the doctor I need to see a doctor asap not next week or in a day or 2. I understand that covid has changed a lot but I'm still a human with normal human problems that need to be delt with. Even when I have been able to see a doctor it's been very rushed and not at all understanding or wanting to help me. Very unhappy with my service I have received here!

My partner had a severe mental health issue with a letter from a psychologist explaining his diagnosis and recommending that he speak to a physician about treatment. He has difficulty accessing the medical system due to anxiety so this was a big step for him.
We were waiting all day for a doctor to get in touch with us. The whole appointment took less than five minutes. The doctor said the area was not her specialty. She said she didn't know who to refer him to and that, basically, she wouldn't do anything about it at all. She didn't ask him about his history or check in with him. She also didn't give him any suggestions or refer him to a psychiatrist or prescribe him any medication. There was no follow up. The appointment ended.
