Quality Coffee Systems Vancouver

Twice emailed Quality Coffee Systems inquiring about out of warranty service for our Jura E8 (using contact info from Jura Canada’s site). No response. Pity we’re now sending the machine out east, as it would have been much more economical and timely to ship to/from BC.

This is the second time I have been to this store in the last three years regarding a Jura Giga 6 I had purchased. The first time I found the service very good and the tech more than helpful.
This time Cedric went above and beyond. I'm very happy and would recommend Quality Coffee Systems 100%.

I heard about this company when they were featured on the news. Everything about QCS is of the highest quality. Their service is impeccable, their machines are second to none, and their coffee is some of the best tasting I've ever had.

My experience buying a Jura E6 Super Automatic Espresso machine from QCS's was excellent starting with my first email inquiry to visiting their showroom in Vancouver. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and patient. A key selling point for me was their relationship with an "approved" Jura service technician on Vancouver Island (Victoria) that can service my machine if needed — including warranty issues — unless it's a major issue in which case it may need to be taken to QCS in Vancouver. I appreciated they are not all things to all people — they have dialled in a narrow range of high quality products and services and do it well. Thank you!
