Quality Foods Bowen Road

Reconsider if you are thinking of ordering Chinese Food from the Bowen Road location. Ordered from Skip and they gave us old dried up chicken wings that looked like they had been sitting there for hours! The ginger beef and lemon garlic chicken were also disappointing - gross

Well they've just changed to Save On Foods and it kinda upside down in there right now, different stock, layout ect. Same great staff just a way different feel, kinda on the fence about this one right now.just saying I loved the old Quality Foods

Your deli counter needs work. 95% of the time that I have stopped in for chicken and mojos there have either been none, or your counter staff look you in the eye and turn their back and walk away. Just ignore customers. Tonight I stopped in and there were 2 pieces of chicken and mojos ready. There was a man waiting before me so I waited off to his right. A lady came and asked me if I wanted Chinese (she was not from the Chinese food side) so I said no, I wanted chicken and mojos, but that the other gentleman was there first. So she served him. When they were done I moved up to the counter, she looked at me and waved at me (WAVED!) and then walked away. The girl working with her, as I stood waiting, smiled and walked away too. Im done. I have been ignored too many times by your deli staff and really, can't even be bothered to shop for ANYTHING at this store again. Save On has hot food, and actually serves the customers. Novel idea. Try it.

Store has history. Lots of memories here since I was a kid playing in the centre play area while my parents shopped. That was a lot of fun for me. The ball pit was my favorite! It would sure be one of a kind of they could bring this back!

The store could use some updates. Pricing is getting really high, but that's everywhere now. I use QF and some others inbetween big shops at warehouse stores as you can always find better prices in those places, but these local stores are still important to me.

The hot food was stale and gave us stomach aches. The main cashiers were very nice and the grocery store was very tidy and well stocked, some things a bit expensive. Overall 3 stars due to the grocery store being fairly nice. Don't recommend the hot food, go elsewhere for Chinese cuisine.

Bought a Supreme combo here. White guy serving it was super stingy and gave me half the food I normally would get. Been coming here for years. Will be going to the harewood location from now on.

For me it's time week to week with country grocer on prices, staff, sales and smiles on the faces of staff and all the happy shoppers!

Good selection of items, friendly staff, and an absolutely awesome deal of 20% off if you buy 10+ items. I'll definitely be back here.

They had the muffins I really enjoyed.
This is the first time I have been to this store, and the ladies on cash went beyond the scope of their service.
Extremely helpful, great attitude, and both had genuine smiles.
They both deserve employe of the month.

I called 5 xs to asking they serve their chinese food there and kept getting hung up on! Hit and miss with QF not great Customer service there at all!

Really looking run down and less and less stock. Possibly getting ready to close and maybe relocate?

If you want to shop for groceries in a retro 80's store, this is your place. Clean, pleasant, well stocked with helpful staff. I like this grocery store.
