Good for a night stay.
Breakfast is Ok.
The bathroom clogs need to be fixed.
There is no lift in the building in case if you want to carry big luggages.

If you have to stay in Kamloops, you must stay here. The most amazing staff and rooms I have had in a very long time. I have to acknowledge Aditya! He was so very amazing, I just had surgery and had to find a room for my b&b lost my reservation. Aditya and the staff helped me and treated me so well, that made my stay unforgettable
I will always stay here in the future!

Dirty sheets had them changed twice, still multiple stains. Also, many questionable splatter spots on the walls looked like blood to me. Checked out after the third set of sheets.

The room is good, but I wanna eelax and watch some TV. But the TV is flickering and twitching. So lame.

This place is good, don't hesitate to stay. I usually don't stay at a place under 4 rating. I'm not sure why this has it.must be from the past.

Overall, it was a good stay, but the property is showing its age to some degree. The hallway floors are squeaky and the tub is a bit discoloured. The room was clean enough and well appointed with power plugs for your devices. The AC was nice and cool and it had a very good sized fridge. Nearly everything you need is within walking distance. There are multiple restaurants just steps away, a gas station and c store across the street and a grocery store about fifteen minute walk away.
They did have a hot breakfast, but it was not the kind of thing I can eat.
The staff were pleasant also, but it seems that they are reusing keycard holders. The one I got was really dirty. The picture doesn't reflect how bad it was.
Parking is tricky for big vehicles. Even if you're towing a trailer, you might have to hope there's parking on the street.
I would stay again. It's a great location

Really pretty, clean room. Nice hot continental breakfast. I definetly got more bang for my buck here than i did at other hotels nearby.

Room, great.i got upgraded to a suite with my Diamond Status. Clean and comfortable. The service was great with a smooth check in.when i called to get a room i was asked to call back in 10 min as he was with a guest. I preferred this to holding for 10 min.
The location is good but i wish it was closer to the airport. Is what it is though.over all good place to stay

Room was pretty dirty, hair on towels, in the bath tub and all over the bed. The sheets look like someone slept on them and the comfort was dirty.
Mattresses were horrible! The old spring mattresses and dollarstore pillows.
Ac made a horrible noise all night.
Secure parking (but don't think about driving your lifted truck if you want covered parking, there is a few uncovered secure spots.
We left breakfast and went to the Tim Hortons across the street.
You definitely get what you pay for.
Staff were good but I'd definitely try another hotel next time.

The rooms are great. Lots of space on main floor. Pool is a nice. Hot tub i didnt use. But looked good. Too hot here in kamloops for that. Thank you Quality Inn. Breakfast was Delish!

Comfortable beds, clean rooms.

The pool and hottub actually work unlike other affordable hotels. Pool was warm and the hottub was HOT.

Simple hot breakfast but I loved the breakfast sandwich! The pancake machine is neat as well, kids liked those.

Rooms were really clean and the beds were comfortable, although the rooms are a bit small. Bathroom was modern. Breakfast was good.

There is no elevator. The receptionist was kind enough to carry the suitcases upstairs. And we were allowed to go to the pool after the official opening hours. Breakfast mediocre

The word quality should not be associated with this hotel. Recently stayed here for one night with my family. Check in was fine, was told we received a free upgrade to a family room. As soon as we entered the room you could tell it was not good. Door had definitely been broken into before. The frame was damaged and the gap by the latch was so big you could see into the hallway. Kitchen cabinets were dirty and falling apart. Trim pieces in the room were broken and there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom. Around 11 pm the people above us starting stomping and running back and forth. The room next to us began playing loud music. After speaking with the front desk regarding the noise the music was turned down slightly but the stompers continued well into the night. In the morning I complained to the front desk asking for a discount as we did not have a good nights sleep and the room was trash. Guy looked at me like I was crazy. Out of all the hotels we stayed in on our trip this was by far the worst and unfortunately the most expensive of them all. Never again would I stay here.

Firstly would like to give a huge shout out to Jay. He was the most friendly and helpful front desk staff we have ever dealt with. A true definition of hospitality and what it stands for and strives to be. A true gem that helped carry our luggage to our room as we struggled with 2 children under 2, pointed us in the right directions for children friendly dining options and grocery stores, helped us acquire a couple items that we required in our room and during our stay he was also the gentleman that answered my call when we had to alter our check in date which he did in a manner that made me feel confident and assured with our changes in itenary.

The hotel was good and we have no complaints. Our room was clean and comfortable. We spent time at the pool and in the hot tub and it was a very nice experience.

We both agree we would stay again next time we are driving through.

I booked this place because they have an outdoor pool and hot breakfast (shown in their review photo), even though they were $60 more than other hotels. The pool was very small and they did NOT have hot breakfast except for microwavable muffins.

NO Hot breakfast! When I asked about eggs and sausage, I was told they don't do that anymore!
Bathroom had broken tiles which resulted toilet to "rock" back and forth!
Second morning when I woke up there was no water in the hotel for many hours.
I am not going to be coming back to this hotel

The hotel is right off the interstate, which is about the only positive thing about it. When getting there, no one was at the desk, and you had to pick up a phone to get someone's attention- not bad, except it took almost 5 minutes for someone to pick up. At first, the lady at the counter checked us in to someone else's room. After getting our luggage out of the car, we walked around the first floor looking for the elevator. This hotel does not have an elevator- would have been nice to know this upon check in, but the lady disappeared right away. The room had a weird smell- almost like stale Pringles? , the fridge was out of order, and the toilet ran all night. They do provide breakfast, but it is very lack luster. Would not stay here again.

It was our first time in choice hotel.when I talked to a guy before my arrival date he gave me false info about my reservation. We had 4 rooms booked and initially I thought they have messed up with our reservation that we made directly with the hotel. When we arrived luckily this lady was there who figured out the issue and made our check in smooth and handled our doubts very professionally. I recommend this lady for a raise or promotion to keep it up.
Overall our stay was okay
