Very nice staff and got the service done faster than most Tire repair shops and could get our car in only 1 day later. Overall very good i would recommend this place to everyone!

Been going to Quality for about 5 years. I get everything done on my car here. Brakes, oil, clutch, tires, you name it. They are always honest and do an amazing job. They care about their customers like no one else. I recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicles. Shoutout to Roger, Doug, and Carol for always keeping me in the loop, explaining what needs to be done, and never price gouging.

Every time I've gone, I've never had to wait they have always squeezed me in. Very nice receptionist

Quality Tires does quality work. I've been going to them for 30 years for tires, mechanical work and tire changes. Enough said!

Friendly staff, excellent troubleshooting and communication, reasonable rates.
Sitting in the waiting room feels like hanging at a friend's house. I wont go anywhere else for my car repairs now that I've been there.

Paid double to have my rims cleaned amd polished, then got 1 cleaned (and spare which isn't on the truck) and other 3 corners ignored. When I complained, they took $12 off the bill. Inside of my spare rim looks like they took a wire bursh to my aluminum rim

I took in my truck for a slow leak and a tire pressure monitor. I have purchased 4 sets of tires and had a complete brake job done there over the past 5 or 6 years. I asked for a small favor to not us an impact wrench on my new Ford wheel nuts. He handed my keys to me and said im not doing that. I thought i was a good customer and was very offended.

My wife and I were visiting Kelowna and a day before we were to leave, a rear brake problem developed. They fit me in that day and found the problem. While some parts were easy to get, one part was not. They searched all of Kelowna and found the part needed that day. With the problem fixed, we were able to head home the next day as planned. Their service and realization of the situation was exceptional. I would highly recommend Quality Tires & Service Center.
