Clean, close to everything, friendly, lots of families and adult professionals, building is well maintained, cute lil nice playground even. High ceilings and modern appliances inside the units with great light make it easily worth the money! 5+ stars.

Fun fact: slim to none noise pollution but practically on a main road so still get all the benefits of that minus the noise disturbances. Oh, and the lack of light-pollution is lovely at night - you can actually see the stars! Coming from vancouver, this was astonishingly beautiful to see after so many years, and the overall value of the place and (oh yeah it has a gym) the amenities really tied it all together!

Quattro One building has an excellent location. It has an easy access to ALL major routes, and all means of transportations including 5 minutes walking to the Gateway Skytrain Station, yet it's located in quiet street.

The building is under new Strata Management Co. And the Building Caretaker/Manager "Megan" is an awesome lady, not only she is working very hard to insure the building is always clean, safe and running efficiently, but she is also extremely friendly, helpful and always there when needed for any issues or emergencies.

Excellent location and community feel building complex. I have been living here for a while now and it's a very friendly, clean and quiet place. People actually say hello in hallways and small chat in elevators. People look out for one another and keep the place safe and clean. The gym is very adequate and clean as well. Any mention of the hallways, they are all being repaired and will look brand new (not that they were even that bad). Any window issues are really non issues as it's only a few units and nothing to be concerned about at all. SkyTrain is 5 min walk and is safe (I do it every other day). The new strata company is excellent and on top of everything and is managing everything very well. The building manager is also excellent she (Megan) is very friendly and helpful and on top of any issues. Great job keep it up everyone).

The Quattro One building is conveniently located and has an easy access to all kinds of transportations. It's 5 minutes walking to the Gateway Skytrain Station and few minutes driving to both Portman and Pattullo bridges. The whole area is undergoing major developments and improving rapidly.
The building itself is under new Management Company "CrossRoads Management". And, the building manager "Megan" is doing a great job to keep the building clean, safe, and running efficiently. She is very dedicated and noticeably hard working lady, and on top of that she is extremely friendly, helpful, and always responds instantly to any enquiries and/or concerns.

This is a changing neighbourhood, excellent price value for the location. For the most part great neighbours. Seems to be quite a few renters, but they are respectful. The area will be undergoing huge development and this will add to the community both in value and appeal. Convenient to Skytrain, shopping and highway. We love our condo!

Very pet friendly. Great building manager for the building who is attentive and friendly. Building is in the process of getting some work done. Council is attentive and listens to the residents.

The building is poorly lit inside and out. The 9 year old common area carpets are disgusting, the interior walls are trashed from years (over 4 years) of neglect and zero repairs done. Not to mention the "defficiency tape" (as they have labelled it) stuck all over the walls making the damage all over the interior of the building even more of an eyesore.

The council and caretaker knowingly (and unlawfully) use the buildings surveillance system as a tool to hand out fines (this is flat out theft) because the strata council is broke after years of incompetence, internal mismanagement, and extremely poor decision making. If this council has their way they will try to manage this building themselves failing miserably at the cost of the residents.

The financial situation is so bad that they have had issues paying multiple bills. This is after they spent $30,000 on upgrading the existing (and fully functioning) security system last summer that they had planned to use as a tool to generate income from fining the residents that live here for the most minimal of "infractions".

After desperately scrambling around realizing their plan to collect fine money wasn't working, they planned a 40% strata fee increase overnight. This did not fly.

The council's incompetence and mismanagement can be primarily blamed on the president and treasurer who have been in position since the day the building opened. They have a long track record of hiring underqualified people, handing jobs/contracts to friends, burning through multiple contractors and treating the people of this building like prisoners.

This strata continues to break multiple laws regarding the use of their "security system" and somehow thinks this is a communist eastern european country and seems to think limiting outside access into the building at certain times is acceptable, and does not care about anything but their own personal agendas.

Do yourself a favour: do not buy here!
