Quattro Restaurant

Another amazing dinner at Quattro. Our server Darren was kind, professional, and accommodating. He went above and beyond to help make sure my three year old son was taken care of. Bonus - they have a kids menu! Food is always fresh, hot and absolutely delicious. It continues to be our favourite spot for Italian in Whistler!

This place is very adorable and way bigger than it looks on the outside! For the most part, we had a wonderful dinner! However, it was absolutely freezing in the restaurant! The staff was so kind and could tell we were cold and said the heat was all the way up (mentioned it’s an old building and it was very cold outside) however all the other restaurants we went to over the weekend managed to keep the inside much warmer. I had my huge winter puffy jacket on the whole time which made it difficult to eat. For me, the menu was limited in what I would eat but what we did order was delicious! Personally I would probably not come back but that’s just because I found other restaurants to have a wider menu variety. Nothing wrong with the food we got. Kind of pricey, we ordered a buffalo mozzarella and crostini for like $25 and got maybe the equivalent of half a slice of bread with maybe 1oz of cheese. The beet salad was good & I ordered the mushroom truffle with a different type of noodle; it was delicious and quite rich. I’m glad we went but likely would not return.

Visited this luxurious restaurant with co-workers. Had a blast with great food and cocktails and wine. Such fond memories.

Best restaurant at Whistler. Make sure you make a reservation. If no reservation, get there when it opens.

Spaghetti Quattro is terrific

This place offered exceptionally high-quality food.
We started with the Calamari and Buffalo Salad, both delicious.
The calamari sauce was particularly flavorful.

For the main course, I opted for the fig salad with added prawns.
We also shared a truffle pasta, was a bit pricey, enhanced by the three perfectly cooked scallops at $15 each.

The taste justified the cost.
Finally, we concluded with a delectable house-made chocolate tart.
I wholeheartedly recommend this place and would revisit on future trips to Whistler.

Had a great evening at Quattro. The food was delicious, and the service, particularly in the realm of wine, was exceptional. The wine director’s expertise and friendliness added a special touch. The ambiance complemented the overall excellence, making it a very memorable and enjoyable visit.

A favorite every time I’m in Whistler. Fantastic service, great food. Chef was willing to make an item that wasn’t on the menu for an individual in our party. Overall always a fantastic time! Thank you to the employees.

What a bad experience! Would never recommend it, there’s so many better places to spend your money and have a great dinner.

Where do I even start? We had a reservation at 8: 30pm and they didn’t sit us till 9: 15pm. Once sited nobody gave us the menu until we requested for it 5 minutes later, then had to request for the drinks and wine menu cause wasn’t even offered.

Food took an hour to get to the table and no staff approached to us in the meantime to explain or apologize for the delay.
And after all of it, once we ask for the bill we saw the service was already included (which is completely fair since we were 6) but nobody mentioned it when arriving, being sited or passing us the bills.

Been going to Whistler over 50 years, and Quattro has the best food and service.

Food was absolutely delicious and the service was great. I recommend the spaghetti bolognese. Dessert was also delicious and beautifully prepared.

The food here was wonderful, as was the service, attentive without being too invasive if that makes sense. 10/10 if there was one place you wanted to eat in Whistler for a nice meal it would be here

Food was great, service was not up to par. Server was distracted, inattentive and restaurant was not busy.

We had dinner at Quattro on my wife’s birthday. The experience was overall very disappointing. The food was underwhelming, kid’s pasta swimming in butter while we asked for little butter; as a consequence
they felt sick afterwards. The burrata with bread starter was a joke, no taste and worth at best half the price of 23CAD. Main plates were a bit better, although the taste was very pronounced, almost artificial. Surprisingly there was not much of a reaction to our complaints about the kid’s food (I would expect at least one of the meals removed from the check) for example. Also no dessert/drink or something for the birthday. I cannot recommend this place where a dinner for 2 with wine will get you to 250CAD.

A lovely dinner. The waiter was excellent. The wine list was overwhelming but we found some good choices. All six of us ordered the four for $44 and were very happy with our excellent meal.

I can’t begin to describe our experience in this marvellous restaurant we had the opportunity to eat at, on my 6 month anniversary celebration with my wife! Everything that we ordered in this restaurant was top notch and tasted absolutely delicious!

For entrees and drinks, we started with the Prosciutto Di Parma along with Mora Spritz and Snowbird as our drinks! The Proscuitto Di Parma was amazing and the drinks complimented with the food we ordered!

For Main course, we went with the Fusili Tartufati which was a truffle mushroom pasta and a special for the night, which was a Rose sauce pasta (can’t remember the name now)! Both of the pastas were absolutely amazing and definitely something to try at the restaurant!

All in all, if I am ever back in Whistler, Quattro is definitely high up on my list of having dinner at, for sure!

We had a group family style dinner and every course was amazing. The burrata and the house special pasta were standouts.

Our dining experience at Quattro Whistler was nothing short of a travesty. We arrived as a group of 16 with a prearranged menu, yet we were subjected to an astonishing level of incompetence, disrespect, and horrendous management that marred our entire evening.
Right from the onset, a simple question about the inclusion of drinks in our meal plan seemed to baffle our server. After a consultation with the manager, she returned with an equivocal response: drinks were included to a 'reasonable extent' with additional costs for premium choices. Given the ambiguity, we asked for reconfirmation, only to be met with the same frustratingly vague answer. Despite the cloud of uncertainty, we proceeded with our orders as any responsible group of paying customers would.
The grand finale of their ineptitude arrived with the presentation of our bill, shockingly inflated to double the initially agreed-upon amount. The audacity of the manager, whose arrogance was surpassed only by his stubborn refusal to admit any mistakes on behalf of the restaurant or server, was deeply offensive. His blatant refusal to even consider a discussion to adjust the billing error was an insult to us as customers. Let's not forget, this was the same manager who had earlier unambiguously committed to, “I can take off the bottle of wine for you guys” — a statement that by no means implied subsequent verification.
The gross miscommunication we suffered seems less the fault of the server and more a direct result of the manager's shortcomings—whether that be providing her with incorrect information or failing in his responsibility to instruct her properly.
To add insult to injury, the food—though seemingly tasty—led to some severe digestive issues, leaving me uncomfortably constipated. A warning to future customers: their dishes may win your taste buds but are unlikely to spare your health. As for their service, it's a pitiful charade, orchestrated by an arrogant manager and an unassertive supervisor.
This blatant and unapologetic mistreatment from Quattro Whistler is not just a slap in the face to us, but to all customers. It's abundantly clear their focus is on exploiting patrons rather than delivering quality dining experiences. This is unacceptable and demands rectification. We insist on a full refund to compensate for the misery we were put through. This should serve as a stark reminder of the basic tenets of hospitality they've so glaringly overlooked.

One of the best restaurants in Whistler! Have had their Spring menu twice over the last few weeks - highly recommend the Rucola, Spaghetti Quattro and Fusilli Tartufati pasta!
