Always so nice to walk the boardwalk by the river. Flower beds are very well looked after and always have a beautiful array of colors.

Great little park for toddlers. Not much for infants. Maybe a little too simple for youth. However, there are tables for table tennis and a couple of swings. Conveniently located by the Quay.

The few parks we have, this one is more like a walk through. Nice to watch Fraser river garbage float by, once a year fireworks.
Where is the perimeter bike path?

Great walk by the water, loved it! It's my second time there and I was as impressed as the first time. Highly recommend.

Lovely park along the river. Not too busy. Great place to walk, nice adarondec type chairs to sit and relax. Easy to get too by skytrain. Right by the market. Lots of places to eat and enjoy a cold beverage

Nice, flat walk along the Fraser River. One way approximately 30 minutes. The occasional seal in the river and an amazing wooden railway bridge.

This place is a great place to stroll around, chilling, enjoying the sunshine and a great place for kids to play at the Quayside playground.

I shouldn't even be reviewing this little slice of paradise, as it will undoubtedly bring more attention to a quiet and serene riverside walk. If you know u know. The Quayside ferry from new west is the best way to get here. Remember to tip your hat to the boat driver!

This small park is along side the Fraser River new-west just off the Waterfront Esptanade (walkway) cool little park kids toys, ping ping-pong ball tables. Quayside walk is very well landscaped there are palm trees, cherry blossom trees.etc there are washrooms past the park near the entrance. There is a great view of the river and the bridges. Was really cool today I spotted a seal swimming around near the park.

Relaxing and peaceful walkway by the water, it looks amazing on a bright sunny day. Many people walk their dogs along here, there is a dog park at the end of the walkway, and a children's park as well. It takes about 30-45 to walk to the end and back, depending on your pace. Lots of beautiful flower gardens and benches to sit on. Nice place to go on a peaceful walk

Like the scene there. Alot of people biking and running. Road on the marrow side so not exactly COVID friendly. Washrooms, garbage cans, water fountain (Olympic oval) are available so good for dog walking.

I must admit I didn't make it past the bathrooms because thats all I needed at the time. I went to the bathroom with my young 3 month old daughter and was disappointed. The washrooms were not universal, did not have change stations (the bathrooms are beside the playground) aaaaand there was only 1 PLY tissue paper. Also, the door did not lock on the stall. In this day and age all washrooms should have change tables for any and all parents/care-givers, 2-ply tissue and be inclusive of all people.

Below is borrowed from UBC Website:

A universal washroom is a fully-accessible and barrier-free washroom includes:
All-gender and single-stalled toilets
Automatic doors and enough space to accommodate mobility devices
Grab bars and patient lifts
Reachable sinks, hand dryers and paper towels
Adult change table
Emergency buttons

Everyone deserves to pee in peace. Yet research shows that washrooms are often indicated as one of the least safe space by trans, non-binary, and gender-nonconforming people.

Gender-inclusive washrooms are an important part of making the campus safe, accessible, and welcoming for those who don’t feel safe or welcome in washrooms designated for men or women.

This includes many trans, gender fluid, non-binary, and gender-nonconforming people. Gender-inclusive washrooms can decrease people’s anxiety and fear while using the toilet as there is less of a chance for physical or verbal assault.

Important note: Not every trans person wants to use gender-inclusive washrooms - many trans men and women want to use gender-specific washrooms that match their gender.

A nice little family park with a small playground. The location is both a curse and a blessing. If you are looking to keep your toddler occupied great - there are trains, ships, SkyTrain and planes flying overhead. If you are looking for a quiet chill time with the nature - hard pass.

Since the viruses in here, Canada Government want us to stay home. The children not always went to the playground with their families.

Since the renovations, this has been a fun place for kids (babies -12) - swings, climbing structures, sand box will provide fun for hours. If you are into table tennis, bring your net, rackets and balls and enjoy a game with your friends. Bring your snacks as the closest stores and restaurants are at the Quey. Washrooms nearby are very clean and convenient.

It is one of the most beautiful boardwalks for a short stroll. Everyone is friendly and there are lots of dogs to pet as they take their owners for a walk.

Lovely Riverside walk. This working river is busy and always changing. Saw several eagles playing in the sky. Wonderful.

There are beautiful flowers planted all year around along the walk by the river. There are two playgrounds on different sides. There a market and cafes.
