Queen’s Nails

I got my fake nails gel removed by this salon and the service was so bad it’s cheap but not worth it at all. I’m never going back they need to change how they remove nails it can hurt people just like it hurt me as well, some of my fingers still had the Acrylic powder on it can you imagine it was dry… my fingers were red and hurting because the service wasn’t done properly.

Please if you’re looking forward to also get your fake nails removed, please find another salon. They also never pay attention to detail they always like to be the ones talking instead of listening to what the person has to say.

Very horrible experience… just went there to remove aclyric … when i said to clean my nails properly then she started hurt my own nails… never recommend…

Don’t waste your time and money to go to Queens Nail. Their work is very pathetic. Don’t know how to shape nails, Gel polish looks like a kid did my manicure and pedicure.

I will never go there again.horrible experience. I wasted my money.very bad experience. I suggest othere to don’t go there. The staff is not good at all. They didn’t give me time to choose. I didn’t like their service.

Do not go here. I asked for normal polish on my nails because gel normally peels off my nails, she insisted that it would stay with a “thin” amount of powder. She proceeded to put a thick layer of powder and do very minimal filing on my nails, she tried to shape them and they were very uneven in shape and they were lumpy. I did not go back and went somewhere else to get them fixed. My nail polish was bubbly and didn’t even cover all the parts of the now thick layer of powder on my nail.

No appointment needed. Fast and efficient service. Ask for Lisa, Tina and Hanna! Very professional. Hannah and Tina does a great pedicure too!

If I could give a zero I would. My mom got her nails done here a few days ago and they look horrible. They were not filed or shaped. The shellac looks horrible. Just overall worst place to go. I definitely would not recommend this place. My mom will never be returning to this place.

I made a mistake by not reading the reviews before I went to this place. I am very disappointed, Got shellac for my toe nails but by the time I came home, the polish on one of my toes was already gone. They suggested for me to do a special process for my finger nails since I have sensitive skin and I agreed. I preferred a lighter color but they got stained by the end of the same day. (the nail artist mentioned staining but I didn’t think it would stain this fast). My nails feel and look very bulky, even insides are filled with something making it uncomfortable.
Next day I went there and paid money to get the color changed and by the end of the day the polish on a few of my nails started to peel off. I got my nails done as I am going on a vacation in few days but now my nails look horrible. Not the best customer service. Not professional.
