Queen's Park Pet Hospital

I went today with my new puppy for his vaccine boosters. Our experience was so pleasant that this will be our permanent vet. The reception, vet techs and the actual Vet were so friendly and took the time to talk about any questions I had. My puppy's experience was low stress and got lots of treats when getting his shots. Thanks Queens park for being such a wonderful experience:)

I just took my cat here for the first time, and as someone who has had pets his entire life I can say oh my goodness this place blew me away. By far the best veterinarian I have ever been to, and I've gone to many. If I move I'd drive out of my way to bring my pets back here for the amazing experience.

These people put my pet first. When I was facing a serious condition with my new cat, the quick intake on the phone - they immediately had a referall for me to an emergency clinic if surgery was required right then, could accomplish it. They put the put and the timeline first over getting a fee for an office visit.

Then when we did need to go through a surgery and a more robust follow-up we trusted Queen's Park's team, and were smart to do so.

As I sit here and type this my lady-kitty is bounding about, now without her edwardian-radar-dish-cone very much on the way back to great health!

My family of cats Mr.and Mrs McGuinness have found their vet in Queen's Park Pet Hospital.

Very caring staff and vets. We take our very skittish senior rescue kitty there and they handle her expertly. As low stress for her as possible.

The staff, very friendly and extraordinarily warm with our pets, only one of the girls at the reception gives the impression of not caring about the customer's attention at all, without eye contact, nor that warmth of all the other girls. But all the other girls, pretty and conscious. It is a convenient and central location with no private parking.

Fantastic vet, all of the staff are friendly and very sweet to our dog. We've been going to them for almost 7 years now and our dog has had exceptional care from them. Definitely recommend them.

The best experience ever. Dr Ford and staff are amazing. My puppy felt calm, comfortable and happy.

They included medication I didn’t need and it was 200$ and I called to say that I didn’t need this flea medication same day that I was there and they said I couldn’t bring it back but would consult the manager and someone would contact me. No one contacted me. I drove there to drop off the flea remedy and they still wouldn’t refund me so I left it there. They were also incredibly expensive compared to other highly rated vets and asked/pushed for unnecessary tests. Our dog was to get neutered there and they wanted us to follow him around with a ladle and collect a pee sample and wanted blood work and a stool sample. We have had male dogs before and never been asked such things. I called our old vet that we hadn’t gone to since we moved - but I figured the drive would be worth it. They laughed and said no none of that was necessary and did the surgery for the base price and included all necessary aftercare & medications.

Don’t waste your time here.

I’ve been taking my dog here for the past couple years. There reviews were good. Unfortunately the last time I wanted to get my dog neutered I had a bad experience. First they try and sell you everything possible and don’t care whether you need it or not and the prices are much higher than other clinic’s around. They charged me for flea control ($200) and didn’t let me return it (hours later), I left it with them as I wasn’t going to use it anyway. Be careful as they don’t care what they charge you for, won’t let you return it and don’t tell you that it’s not returnable.
