Quesada Burritos & Tacos

Would not recommend if it’s your first time going and or this location. All food was cold and looked like it was sitting for a long time. Employees were nice but wouldn’t recommend it.

My favourite place to buy burritos in Kamloops! Portions are extremely generous and the large burrito counts for two meals

There's a bunch of east Indians in here making Mexican food, and yes what you are thinking is correct they are extremely stingy with the protein and act like they can't understand you when you ask for more.another burrito place in the town not worth the sticks it's built with.

Today went there to pickup a order at 6: 00. There were 4 employees at the store make me wait 15 minutes there for the order then when i asked when should it be ready he said i dont know just wait. Hope the owner one day see this review and fire these lazy employees by the time being i will be encouraging all ky friends and family here to not order from this pleace or go eat there

Generous servings, delightful tacos, if you're looking for some real hot hot sauce, its hotttttt, fun music and vibe too

Love the food here and the taste is just amazing. Plus it’s a franchise so it’s readily available in my cities.

Our group ordered chicken bowls here while in town. Maybe we went at a busy time but we felt extremely rushed through the line. Locally we have similar places like Mucho Burrito or BarBurrito. At these places they will substitute beans for veggies when you order a chicken bowl. Quesada charges you for this and doesn't reduce your cost if you don't take beans. This is likely the last time I will order from Quesada. I have been there twice and both times I have come away unhappy with my order.

Don't expect to have your order ready for a set time in the future. I made, and paid, for a $25 order at work for a 7: 45 pm and they hadn't even started it. Tried to tell me it didn't exist. Good thing you get an email receipt with online orders. After showing the receipt they began making my order. Told me it would take some time. Hey good thing people have the free time to work around your schedule.

This is the best Mexican food I've had outside of Mexico everything was made with fresh ingredients the cilantro sour cream salsa verde and baraboa beef nachos were absolutely delicious the portion was so big I had them for lunch the next day I've never had churros tried for the first time soooo good! This is my new very favorite place to order food I can't wait to try everything on the menu soon!

Had a craving for a burrito, and this veggie and bean filled beast really hit the spot. I was sold immediately when I saw there was an option for vegan sauce.

Great value for money. Love their food as it is the best Mexican food in Kamloops. The burritos are stuffed and delicious. Great service and friendly staff members.

Was reasonably priced with good personalized options. Service was pleasant. Guacamole was a large up charge so didn't try it.

Their burritos are amazing and so is their nachos. Best part - They have Halal food. The Flamethrower chicken is Halal there and they use separate spoon and different gloves while making it for you.

Order was for 530 and they didn’t even start it until 620 food was sub par and for a wait like that I would have expected more

Good place for a quick meal. Decent price with decent quality ingredients. Large portions with good service. Definitely recommend for a quick bite to eat or a good drunk snack.

Paid for a large burrito got one the size of a 5 year olds fist. Half of the burrito is the outside wrap. Some new guy was making it and on top of the tiny size, scooped up half a spoon of oil at the bottom of the tray into my burrito.they offered to remake the whole thing throwing this one out but I decided to keep and and show the service you’d get if you didn’t complain.

Pretty good, I would still want it a bit more spicy but it's really good if you want something fast and good.

My wife and I love Chipotle when we are in the States. So glad to have Quesada, we love our Burrito Bowls. I was worried about the Churros from other reviews, but they were great! We will be ordering again.

We ordered the beyond meat burrito and both our burritos were completely inedible for us. We believe they mixed red pepper and jalapeño in the beyond meat mix because one burrito had no spices or sauces added. My partner is a hot sauce lover and still could not eat his. There was no flavour despite the piling of cilantro and onion and beans added. We only had a mouth full of a fury fire of hell. Lol the workers were kind but someone messed up big time in the kitchen. $25 for two burritos down the drain. I recommend asking to taste the beyond meat before ordering it.

Menu price did not match the price they charged me. When i pointed this out she kept changing her story as to why i was overcharged. Way to miss out on a future sale

Who says that size doesn't matter? Not only did this taste delicious but everything seem to be freshly made and of big proportions.this is definitely a must try if you like places like taco Delmar

We tried their Beyond Meat Burrito Bowl and and Beyond Meat Burrito. Food is great. Love the options you can choose from. The reason I gave them 3 stars is for the service.
1. Since they opened last week, you cannot place an order for pickup from their website yet. Understandable.
2. Since we couldn't place the order online, we had to go and order to the store and there was a complete chaos in there with 4-5 people trying to get the orders ready creating a lot of confusion. When we reached the payment counter 4 staff members were standing there confused whose order was what. Again understandable since they just opened and staff is not properly trained yet, but a lot of customers come in for lunch with very little time on hand. Cant afford to spend 25 minutes ordering my food on my 30 minutes lunch time.
Hopefully once they have a trained staff they will have great service to offer with the amazing food.

Solid burrito joint - went there yesterday and I must have been one of their very first customers because the lady said they'd just opened the location that day. Generous portions, healthier and good value for the price.
