Quesada Burritos & Tacos

Went during lunch hrs and they barely had any toppings left. My bowl was pretty much empty. At least substitute with other toppings if you can’t fill the bowl. Been to other locations, but not returning to this one. If you want lunch during work hrs avoid this location or just don’t go there.

Thank you for a pinch of of lettuce 10 pieces of corn, and no cheese.

Service was horrible. I bought a burrito and asked for cod. She said 3 minutes and I said ok. I went to ask if I could get two churros as well, but she cut me off and said one moment and went to get the cod. I figured she would ask what I needed when she came back, but she immediately helped the next two customers without acknowledging me (which is fine she helped them, but she got annoyed later). After helping the next two customers, she got to my cod in the oven. It was a bit crispy and dry, but again, I understood that it's easy to overcook fish. I asked for pineapple hot sauce on my Taco and she put a large amount of garlic. I don't like the garlic one, so I told her I asked for pineapple. She proceeded to put a splash of pineapple on it. I then asked for cilantro sour cream and got regular. I asked for two churros and she seemed to get annoyed at that request. I paid, and she said she would bring me my churros. She brings be one. I ask where the second is and she ignores me. I ask if I can have caramel sauce and she says no. I ask her if she has some and she says she doesn't know. I ask if she can look and she says she doesn't want to. I have to argue her for caramel sauce, which they had, and she was visibly angry she had to give me a sauce when I didn't even get a churro I paid for and had a burnt burrito with a sauce I didn't ask for and didn't like on it. In all would go to any other location than this one.

Pretty good place! Staff is friendly and provides quick service. Been here a number of times and everything is always fresh and tasty. Good place for a quick lunch!

Horrible place to have nowdays it used to be good before. They dont know how wrap properly. They being racist to me and denied to return my money i paid 11.96 they steal my money and they use valgur words againt me while talking to co worker.

Burrito was pretty good, customer service wasn’t very good. The dining room is dirty. And what’s with the extra charge for the vegetable starting today onward? I did gave place at five star originally. I used to come or twice a week. This will change

This was my favourite burrito place. Now charge extra for veggies? This is new. Was not the case before and other locations do not do this. Last time I will visit this location.

Overall it was just 'okay'. They put ALL the hot sauce at one end of my burrito instead of across the whole thing so most of it wasn't spicy enough and then the last few bites were quite hot.

The "drunken chicken" also had quite a few tough chicken bits that weren't edible that I had to spit out.

Suggestion to staff: if someone tells you they've never been there before, please mention the additional charge for the grilled vegetables since they won't know about it. (But they were a good addition.)

It wasn't a great experience for my first visit there. Based in this, I probably won't return as I don't feel like I'd be missing out on anything.

It's pretty basic texmex at à premium price.
The portion size is good and filling, the flavours of all the ingredients were good. Very clean establishment. I had to provide proof of vaccination and matching ID in order to eat in which see.s to be the norm these days.

I had a Taco salad with spicy chicken and pretty much 90% of all the ingredients. Washed down with a bottle of Pepsi and a lime Jarritos.

Only complaint would be that booth was a little tight on the gut.

First time at Quesada and unfortunately will be my last! This place is way overpriced for what you get. You have to pay extra for veggies. They only give you a tiny bit of the toppings they do offer. Like a literal pinch, not exaggerating. I ordered a burrito bowl and it's barely half full. Save your time and money and go to Chipotle! There is a reason they always have a long line up. Won't be back. They need to really reconsider the value they offer.

Food was old and bland. Everything they serve is pre processed and pulled out of a bag. Had a chicken burrito bowl - basically a bowl full of nasty brown iceberg lettuce, topped with some very old, very dry tasteless chicken. I tsp of salsa put on it and that's pretty much it. All that for $12.00 - never, never eat here it is garbage

Very Friendly staff always greeting me with a smile! They even remember my order just the way I like it! I totally recommend this place.

Great food, but they've used Covid as an excuse to close their washrooms so they don't have to clean them for the last 4 months.

The hand sanitizer out front is terrible, and I can't wash my hands before or after I eat.

Is saving $10 a day in labour worth jeopardizing public health in a pandemic?

Been going here since they opened, and just want to say I love it! Nothing quite like it in the area. The food is actually healthy and so fresh too. The girls working there are so friendly and quick even when they got a line out the door!

Food is bland and the worker there is multitasking so much that it feels like she doesn't put much care into the food of each customer, also, the beyond meat is not tasty at all, I don't think I would come back here again.

I come here often for lunch. Food is great and fresh.always tasty. Place is clean and staff is friendly and eager to help.

This location is awesome! The girls there are very friendly and do a great job. For a fast, fresh lunch this is the best place in the area!

Grab lunch for myself and the team from here a few times a month. Food is always fresh and the store itself is really clean. I like the variety of options especially the sauces. Can never get tired of this place!

We came in here on Sunday about 5: 45pm and the girl working has no understanding of providing proper customer service. She did not acknowledge us at all as she continued to work on finishing up an online skip the dishes order, all the food and condiments were still out and open. So as we stood there letting her finish, the delivery driver comes in and waits for that order. She then tells us sorry, i can't take your order anymore as I still need to finish other online orders. We were so shocked because we waited patiently and the restaurant still has an open sign. Bad service and will definitely be making a manager complain. Just be aware that walk-in customers are no longer prioritized so it's probably better to just order food online!

Very expensive. Slow service. Tried to upcharge on both veggies and guacamole without asking the price.

Highly recommend this place for lunch or catering for your team! Really clean restaurant, also the variety of toppings and sauces are much better than chipotle. Bonus: the chicken is halal!

I work nearby and always grab lunch from here. The foods amazing and a healthy alternative to everything else nearby. Also they go above and beyond to keep the place exceptionally clean, which is a plus. Definitely recommend!
