Quesada Burritos & Tacos

This was the worst burrito bowl I ever had. First of all the service was horrible and the bowl made me sick. It was tasteless, the chicken was not even cooked properly.

Avoid, run by cheap franchise owners. Horrible working conditions for their workers and alas horrible quality food and skimmed side portions.

Where should i start. First thing is smile and hi to customer which is always missing since these new girls started working.
Very rude tone while taking your order.
Bought roasted veggies tacos, within 5 minutes it started dripping. Don’t know if they don’t let the veggies dry or what. No idea how do i eat this dripping taco

This older white lady that works there (maybe the manager) is rude. No customer service and it seems like she hates her job. The bowl was good though. If you can, walk over to the location across from the hospital. Actual customer service to be found.

I love quesada but the Surrey central location is my favourite because of Ros. She is a very kind lady who always makes sure I will have the best experience here! She never fails to make sure the customers are satisfied and it wouldn’t be the same without her!

Way overpriced for what you get. $17 for a salad. Honestly much better at mucho burrito. Customer service was lacking, woman helping me wasn't pleasant and truly just seemed like she hated her job and doesn't want to be there. I would recommend go elsewhere in the food court at Central City. This is just not worth the money. Could get a great salad at a sit down restaurant for the same price.

Worst barbacoa taco ever! Funny fact: Mexican (ish) food, and no lemon with a taco? Meat was too greasy, and the flavour was not the one you may expect on a taco. Not what you could expect from a mexican restaurant.

I did not order anything from their but I ask for a help because I just brought a pastry from the Walmart but I don’t have a spoon with me so I ask the employee their if they have spoon can i please have it. She is really really rude. She is be like which store did you buy from go get it form their. For this experience I am never going to visit there again and neither I suggest someone to visit their they way she speaks because if she do not want to give to me just say no we are not allowed what does that mean “go get it form their”. She is little old and really unfriendly. It is just a spoon lady chill I did not ask you for money that your inventory will be short. Be nice next time.

Ordered three soft tacos and got stale toppings with no sauce on it while I requested for chipotle mayo and salsa hot.

Ordered a burrito bowl from here it was amazing! A guy named Mark was working he was incredibly friendly, very good with portions and overall helpful. Would highly recommend!

Had two hard shell tacos yesterday and the taco shells were old and chewy! Gross! I suspect they don't sell a lot of hard shell tacos bit that is no excuse especially when you are paying over $10 for tacos! Otherwise the toppings were fine and the restaurant was clean and service was decent.

My go to place when I get take outThey have a delicious vegan sauce too. My whole family loves the food! We eat hear twice a week

The food was refreshing and amazing the lady there made me new churros when I’ve ordered and the freshly made guacamole was an add on I also liked their attentive and responsive service, it’s my go to food place in the mall now.

Food is pretty mediocre compared to other such mexican joints. Food lacks the punch. Customer service is hit or miss. Portion sizes vary depending on who you get. Overall portion sizes have gone lesser and lesser since they've opened. Tried them a bunch of times due to lack of options but probably won't be returning due to them being so stingy with portion sizes.

My first time at this location today.the service was quite poor. I asked some questions as I didn't know the menu well. It might have had to do with the fact that it was around 6: 40ish and they close at 7. But the service I received from Ashly (?) was abrupt bordering on rudeness.

Maybe next time if I go earlier it'll be better? The spicy chicken burrito is very hot and delicious.

Chicken had hardened fat and or cartilage. Found a seed in the slaw. Bland tasting for mexican food.
