Quesada Burritos & Tacos

Aadi and Navdeep are amazing at their work, whenever I visit them, they make my experience 10 times better than any other location. I would recommend it to all my friends who live around here

They always have the best attention and are friendly and helpful. I love the food quality but my favourites are the hard tacos with pork al pastor it is texmex so dont expect tradicional mexican tacos but they are the best!

Nice environment, amazing food and fabulous customer service, they are really helpful and kind.

The service is very good, and the food is yummy and really really spicy if you wish i like it!

It is with great pleasure and content to reveal that this place quickly became my comfort food whenever I needed to feel good and for that good feeling to not immediately go away as it would with the fast food places.
You may get your order quickly because that’s how amazing the humans that work there are.
Would definitely recommend the Burrito Bowl for those that are hungry and do add that large Guac and chips with the Jarrito for the full experience.

Completely dirty, we couldn’t even finish the meal we ordered. Stay away! It’s not remotely FoodSafe.

The best place to have Mexican food. Barbacoa tacos were delicious. Everything is fresh. Staff is really helpful and kind. Will definitely recommend it to everyone.

It was very disgusting. The chicken was not really chicken. It was a mix of fat and and it tasted rotten. Really disappointed, never again

Stopped in today on a whim, and I have to say that this is one of the very best restaurants of its kind, both in flavor and quantity. Nice job guys, will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

Was worth the money until you started charging me 15 dollars for large burtios with lackluster amounts of protein. Dissappointing because you guys were good. You're staff needs better training on portions.

I went to this restaurant on monday night the girl working there with glasses was so rude.she was having bad attitude and was rolling her eyes when I asked for extra "SAUCE". I will never visit this place.

I placed an order on skip and the app had said that it was picked up and then delivered (within a 40 ish minute window), but it was not delivered. I then called the restaurant and they said they hadn’t even finished making the order, after 40 minutes of placing it? ! I called 20 minutes later to check the status of my order but I could not get through; I was immediately sent to voicemail. So my partner called and they immediately picked up saying they are waiting for the driver.

I made a complaint on skip as well, but the front staff service here was also incredibly poor.

I ordered for delivery and apparently they didn't have the toppings I wanted, so instead of contacting me to ask if I wanted something else they just sent the tacos out. I basically received gound beef and cheese.

September 3rd 2022 2pm:
Girls working today were great. Made my burrito perfectly. Pork was good and saucy this time not dry like my previous visit. Also learnt today that you can buy the bottles of hot sauces from there. 12 bucks but totally worth it for how good these are.

March 2022: The pork was dry as hell and tasted like it had been sitting out way too long. Couldn't eat that taco. Everything else was OK but nowhere near as good as it used to be. Prices have gone up and quality has gone down. Hope it was a one time bad experience. I'll give it another try soon.

Old 5 star review from when they opened: Even with only 2 of them there and it being kind of busy they were quick! Food was good. Had 3 Tacos and a Burrito. Pork and Beef All were very good, not overfilled with rice and beans and not soggy like I have seen some complain about. I guess you just gotta make sure whoever working isn't using watery meat.

I have been coming to this store for 2 years and the food and customer service have begun to go downhill.

I walked in the store and the lady at the front was very rude and dismissive, I was left in utmost shock. She threw my food on the counter and showed no signs of respect whatsoever for the food she was serving.

They really should start training their staff/ hire better staff, till then this will be pass.

If I could give a zero, I would.
Went into the store at 9: 30 pm, this little girl says the store is closed when the sign clearly shows the store closes at 10pm on a Thursday.

I ask her where can people see that?
Her: Oh we switched off the open sign. We are closed, no food left
I ask her but what about people who checked online and have driven all the way? I can clearly see everything is on the counter:/ just plain lies to not serve you.
Her: Ya we can’t serve you. We are closed
I stand in the line, and wait for the other employee to make me the food as I drove over 30 minutes not expecting the staff to close 30 minutes early just because of some rules they made to go home early.

I was not going to say anything, but
While billing this chick (slim built, black haired) has the audacity to smack the bowl after I had paid for the food.
I explained to her how this is frustrating when 5 other people behind me were not told why the store was not closed yet? And there was no need for such arrogance especially when she is hired by someone else to take care of their business.
It’s customers who are paying for her to stay afloat.
Only if I can add a video here, I could show how arrogant and stuck up this chick is.

If I was a owner, I will be quick to fire. Won’t let a rude employee full of arrogance, smacking food and closing my business 30 minutes early to stay there for another day.
Well, I think this is what happens when the owner is not too involved with the business.

So sad to see an employee running the business into the mud.

I usually do takeout but decided to order deliver on uber eats. I ordered a burrito bowl for $15 and i was half the quantity that i usually get while ordering a takeout. Not worth it

Very courteous staff and quick service! The large Burrito was very big for just under $11. Very good value for money.

The best quesadilla you can taste in Vancouver! I used to go here every week when I had class in New West. I like Quesada's quesadilla more than I tried in Mexico LOL Yes- they can be a little pricey, but it's worth the money in my opinion. Now because I finished school, whenever I visit New West, I buy 3-4 quesadillas for a few days worth. MUST EAT: beef barbacoa quesailla + guacamole:)

Staff behaviour is not at all acceptable at this branch. My always to go place for dinner is Quesada and now i don’t want to go there anymore. We ordered couple of bowls taco and dessert and it’s a big order. First of all the server is very rude she is wearing glasses and she has a small tattoo in her arm and not serving its customers properly and also didn’t went at the very last moment we went in around 7: 50pm and the closing time is 10pm. Secondly they almost out of everything sauces, veggies and hot salsa. Then she started getting irritated without any reason. I also worked in food chain industry as manager but never serves my customers this way. Now i will never go to Quesada and switch to chipotle from next time.

The attention is terrible, there is only one person, I had to wait 15 minutes and the lady who attended just looked at me and dedicated herself to doing something else.

I love this restaurant’s food but unfortunately this is the second time I order from them and I didn’t receive my full order twice.

Skyrain restaurant.

I have tried the ground beef burrito.
They take time to ask you what you want. Built at your liking.

Prices are reasonable.

I have enjoyed my meal

No longer available for delivery through Uber Eats, and are usually out of one thing or another.

Terrible people, denied my child use of the bathroom because first "it was broken" then it was "someone is in there". I get it's a shady area, but if you have a little kid who's crying because they have to go to the bathroom really bad, they're probably not a junkie. At least the subway employees have some common sense and decency.

Good fresh food but.poor staff. I am a regular customer and I ordered from website for pick upbut they never confirm neither they pick up calls.

Got a burrito there. Let's put it this way: I've had better. Not worth the money!
The second reason why I will never come back to this place, is that another customer asked for the bathroom and was denied access due to his vaccination status. This is unacceptable! There is no reason why that should matter! Vaccinated or not everyone should be able to use the washroom! This is discrimination and it is unacceptable! Never ever going back there.

The food is ok but the staff ask customers for proof of vaccination to use the bathroom.

Will never eat at another Quesada again and tell anyone who asks that they promote segregation.
