Quick Shuttle

Had a great experience taking the shuttle bus from downtown Vancouver to downtown Seattle. Our driver, the Korean gentleman was very professional in a polite and friendly manner.

It was quite an unorganized experience with an archaic online booking system compared to using Greyhound or FlixBus. Please save yourself the trouble and use one of those services instead.

I booked a bus from Bellingham to Richmond, BC thinking that it would be similar to Greyhound or FlixBus. The QuickShuttle buses don't come on time; I booked for 5: 15pm and the bus came at 6: 20pm. I was able to get onto the last two seats (it was first come first serve, even if you reserved that time slot). I saw a whole family was left behind because there were no seats left.

The bus drivers were very nice though. They did a shift change in Surrey, and I think it was a new employee who took over. He knew how to drive a bus, but he asked us passengers if we knew the directions to Richmond which was a little bit worrisome at the time.

When the bus was delayed by 30 minutes, I called and emailed. They didn't pick up when I called around 5pm and they didn't answer emails either. Their online booking system doesn't allow for any changes or cancellations either, you have to call to do so.

Please, save yourself the headache!

We booked on 18 sep 2023 at 8 am from chev. To sea tec airport. Driver broke our suitcase wheel and extremely rude. Even threw our bags on side of road at airport and drove away. I was with two kids. I was so upset and this ruined my whole trip mood. That was totally unacceptable
Driver was Male. Company need some attention.

Shout out to your driver Sofine, he is amazing and always on time, great service and always help whenever needed.

Buses are okay but needs to learn some humbleness. Give them some customer service lessons. Till then I won't ride this company again.

For reference, I am on a bus to Seattle with a rude male driver Sept 10.

5 star experience! We had the bus from Surrey to Seattle on Sun Aug 27,2023 08: 15. The bus driver was super nice and helpful. He gave clear instructions for the border check and we were in and out in a heartbeat. During the ride my son got carsick. The driver was super helpful and let my son get out of the bus for some fresh air. He offered us front seats in the bus and gave my son a bottle of water. Again 5 stars and big thank you to the driver.

Driver was nice but the bus absolutely reeked. It smelled like the inside of a port-a-potty it was awful. It was also an hour late but I got an email that it would be 30 min late so at least there was some notice.

Top notch experience from beginning to end. Me and my family had to make last minute travel plans and cross the border in to Vancouver via bus/car due to our children's passports not coming in on time. The customer service and communication from the Quick Shuttle team was incredible right from the start. We had a crazy stressful day starting at 5: 30am and by the time we got on the shuttle in Seattle we were exhausted. The Quick Shuttle bus was clean, comfortable and my 11 year old was more excited about riding the bus than Delta+ from Atlanta to Seattle. Our driver was extremely helpful and courteous and helped answer any question we had about the boarding crossing and filling out our forms. We were the last stop in Vancouver and our driver was extra helpful as we a ton of bags, etc.

Now this is when the service and experience of Quick Shuttle really went above and beyond. In the craziness of getting me and my family off the bus after a 14 hour day I left my wallet on the seat. I did not realize until I got to the front desk of our hotel. I immediately called the Quick Shuttle office, but they were closed for the day (i.e. It was late Sunday evening). I left a message and then started freaking out about what we would do since we boarding a cruise the next morning. Then 20 mins later I get a call from a number in BC, I answered and it was our incredible driver. Headquarters for Quick Shuttle had heard my voicemail and called the driver. He turned around and met me in front of our hotel with my wallet. Five star service from beginning to end. I dare the Disney staff (characters) on our cruise to match the standard that the Quick Shuttle team showed us on the short few hours on our trip from Seattle Airport to Vancouver.

Great experience with this company! There was an issue with payment, however Charlene and Brianne were on the case immediately! The customer service is astounding and the issue was resolved in a matter of days.
The bus driver was courteous as well.

Had a great experience with Quick Shuttle from the Vancouver cruise terminal to SeaTac airport after I had finished an Alaskan cruise. I had booked Quick Shuttle a couple of months ahead of time and appreciated that they emailed the morning of my shuttle with the number of the bus that would be picking me up. The ride was smooth, the wifi was good, and the bus driver was friendly and professional. The bus was comfortable and on time for arrival and departure. I could not ask for better service.

May 20th at 7: 00 PM bus number 1728, I witnessed this maniac driving about 3’ off the bumper of a mini van with a young family inside, weaving in and out of lanes in a giant bus. This is a professional driver? I later found myself in front of the same bus, I was keeping up with traffic and he started tailgating me and then blowing his horn, later went speeding down Knight Street around 80KM’s an hour, this is a mad man who has no business behind the wheel of a bus endangering lives. I am seriously thinking of following and videoing this bus on its route to turn over evidence to transport Canada. THIS DRIVER SHOULD BE FIRED not talked to, not disciplined but FIRED. No second chance to endanger the lives of the public, we don’t need another Humboldt Bronco’s type incident in this country.

The travel and the driver were super nice, but I lost my ear phones in the bus. After the driver confirmed it has been returned to the Lost & Found I have been struggling as they required 1 day notice to pick up in Delta. Finally I could go pick up after a while as I am not living in Vancouver, call them to notice but my item finally "dissapear" from the lost & found without any reason.

Had a great experience with this company! Had an emergency with travel documents and couldn’t leave Canada going to US by air and Jerry In customer service went out of his way to help us and get us tickets for the next day from Vancouver to SEA-TAC. Our driver, Sam, was also excellent and helpful at the border. Highly recommend these folks who have to deal with cantankerous passengers and multiple border crossings daily…not to mention baggage! It is such a thankless job, but truly vital to making a trip begin or end well. Thanks again to Jerry and Sam!

I went from Vancouver to Seattle and back and was very satisfied with both trips. Modern buses, on time and the value for money is unbeatable! Important to mention that I had on both trips with one of the best bus drivers (Pinki) - she lives and loves her job, has the best Spotify playlist () and drives very safely. Always happy to do it again!

Awesome experience with quick shuttle my first ride from Vancouver to seaTac airport on March 10,2023. She (Driver: Pinky) is very good driver, helpful as well as kind. Next time I will definitely travel with quick shuttle. Highly recommended to everyone.

It’s affordable round-trip and easy with many options to both airports, outlets and downtown Seattle. Anthony made this trip so much easily for me! Thanks Anthony! Had a fantastic experience on the Quick Shuttle from Bellingham airport to Vancouver. Jerry (customer service) went out of his way to help me get on an earlier bus that was sold out, and the driver (sorry didn't catch her name!) was funny, engaging, helpful and entertaining. Thanks to the Quick Shuttle team! I will definitely use their services moving forward.
