My doctor should be working in the morgue.
He said he couldn't help me!
"I can not help you! " His words!
Can't understand how he got to be a doctor!

I am so disappointed with the care or lack thereof that I have received from this clinic and two doctors in particular. I have conferred with outside medical persons and have decided to file a formal complaint with the College of physicians. I cannot in good conscience recommend this clinic or the doctors in it to anyone.what kind of a doctor cancels care of a stage 4 kidney failure patient via registered mail!?

The receptionist at the front desk is wonderful. She made me feel welcome. On the phone she said, ‘Of course you can come here. It’s a bit of a wait but we’ll get you in. ’
I don’t have a GP anymore and this person made me feel ok about it all. Thank you. Dr McKewan was so efficient, kind and smart. Thank you to both of you.

I am very disappointed in this clinic. I've been with them for years and I think it's time to switch clinics. Everytime I have called to make appointments the receptionist is very cold, unwelcoming and rude. It makes one feel very uncomfortable and feel like a burden. The clinic promises they speak to the receptionist to remind them to treat thier client well both on phone and in office but it never changes. Just today I called because I have been unwell (Not covid related) and the receptionist talked to me like I did something wrong. She had no care whatsoever in her voice. This happens everytime I have called so its not just one incident. Like other reviewers have stated.
This is the way it is when you actually go to the appointment as well. When you greet the receptionist they are the same in person as on phone. They have no care acting this way in front if other clients either. It's unfortunate because when I first came to this clinic years ago it was so much better. Even the doctors aren't as friendly as they used to be: (

I'm sorry but, I just can't recommend this clinic anymore. And I will be looking for a new clinic and I suggest others do as well until they change the way they treat thier clients.

I love my doctor (Doctor Noel) I have had her for the past eleven years now. She's very clear and specific when she communicates and she's very efficient and professional. However the front desk receptionists are always so rude for no reason and give off the vibe that they couldn't care less. At first I thought it was just in my head but after reading these reviews I'm relieved to know I'm not the only one who has noticed this. Get new receptionists!

Had an appointment to meet a new doctor. I waiter 45 minutes and every patient that arrived after me was seen. When I questioned what was goon I was told that, “oh, the doctor left, you will have to reschedule”.

Every one is so friendly and I never have to wait as long as other doc offices.
Dr. Fourie is excellent and the medical assistant team is amazing.

I have a disability and found the staff very rude and unaccommodating. The doctor, was just as bad and very biased towards accepting me as a new patient. Will not return to this place.

They’ve been good up till now, I had an appointment set on Friday by phone, changed it to Wednesday, I leave work early just for this appointment, and what happens nobody knows anything about it? So much for my lost wages. I hope they don’t make this a habit
