Quiznos

It's been a while since I had the opportunity to visit Quiznos. The service was awesome and the quality of my order was epic. If you are in the area, I would highly recommend you visit this location and try anything on the menu.

Amazing food and amazing service. I always go here on my lunch breaks from work or occasionally in the evening if I need to grab a bite on my way home. Can hardly ever go wrong with a good sub/sandwich. Again, shout-out to mainly the amazing staff. If I could remember their names I would have mentioned them but unfortunately I'm very forgetful but just wanted to show some appreciation as they always treat me well and it's the reason I became a regular customer here coz I know they will always take care of me for lunch.

The staff here is amazing! The restaurant is clean, washrooms are clean, and the food is soo good. They didn't disappoint! Will definitely be coming back to this particular location again and again.

Service is fantastic NOW, New owners really made a big difference to the place.

Best food place in the town, Quiznos is at best when come to taste.kudos to the team. Great staff.

Slow workers that prefer to talk to one another than help customers. Online order is always an hour wait even if you request earlier.

Judging from the photos below would you be happy paying full price for this amount of toppings. This place skimps on everything. I'll never go back.

Store is filthy! No clean tables, dried up meat all over the slicer, all the touch points were disgusting, look like they haven’t ever been cleaned.

Sandwich, no soup. I got an email stating my broccoli cheddar soup was replaced with chili, followed by another saying the chili was replaced with chicken noodle, and then another email saying the chicken noodle was replaced with chili. I was fine with any of the replacements in the emails. Really disappointing that after all that, no soup or chili. Just one lonely sandwich. For one tired Mom that rarely orders lunch, and was really looking forward to soup with a sandwich. It seems the staff was aware that my sandwich was not meant to be sent out alone. Kinda bummed.

Worst experience ever. I is ordered a sub when i bit in i tasted onions right away i hate onions and did not order onions. She insisted i did and said i could pick them off. Are you kidding me? Threw the sub in garbage in front of her, left the store and will never go back again. Worst customer service ever.

Usually I go there and the young guy and 2 girls are there they get their order down properly and efficiently. This time this older man very rude wasn't listening messed up my order like how do you mess up a sub that is literally been told how to make it in front of you.then he proceeded to tell me he's charging me. 50 cents for hot sauce which I come there at least once a week has never been told that wich is whatever if that's the case but I think he was mad I was correcting him about messing up my order.after I pay he said you want a bag. I say yes and he doesnt give me a bag nor a spoon for my soup I've never had this kind of service from this particular spot that guy just really doesn't no or understand customer service.

Very disappointed with this location, ordered a sub off skip the dishes, and instead of making the order they had cancelled the order and closed the store on skip.

I was really excited to have Quiznos as we don't have one where i live anymore. I was really excited cause i love the food there and it is tasty. As of right now i don't have a car in Kelowna hence why i was using skip.but to just cancel the order and close the skip store so you don't have to make delivery orders and while the doordash app still shows there store open.

This is just very disrespectful to those that can't make it there to get the food very disappointed

I ordered Baja Chicken, which I always ordered so I know how it should come, this was not even close, it had lettuce, no cheddar cheese, no bbq sauce & no bacon, it was basically chicken & lettuce with mayo, definitely not Baja Chicken!

So disappointed in our subs tonight. We were given wet, slimy cold lettuce on our sandwiches tonight. What should have been thrown in the garbage was instead given to customers. Shameful.

Come here all the time, but won’t be coming back. Looked at my receipt for the first time ever, while eating my sub. Saw $1.00 “surcharge“ ask what this was for, guy couldn’t explain it to me at all. It made no sense. Wanted a refund of just the $1.00 Guy refused to give it to me as well. These people are just scamming people hoping that no one will look at the receipts.
