I have used RAM for purchase and repairs. They are always prompt, professional and pleasant, including for a recent problem with an appliance I had bought elsewhere.

I bought a dryer belt from these RAM a few months ago. They quickly identified the part number and had it all ready to go for pick up!

Sam helped me out over the phone to diagnose my issue with my GE washer and got the part ordered for me in a timely fashion from Vancouver. Appreciated the service without the need for a service call or extra expense!

Terrible service. Rude employees. Will avoid at ALL costs. I'd rather buy a new appliance than EVER have to deal with this business again or let them into my home. If I could give negative stars I would!

Terrific Appliance Service store! During this covid pandemic our dishwasher decided after 15 years it had enough & we needed a new one! We went online checked out different dishwashers picked out one we wanted, phoned RAM Appliance Services talked to Charlie, very knowledgeable friendly salesman, he ordered it told us it would be a long wait because of covid (through no fault of theirs) when it finally came in & set up the installation that same day our old dishwasher died! Next day new one was installed by a very professional friendly installer, excellent timing! The whole experience was stress free! In these covid times, never entered a store all done by phone & online! We would highly recommend RAM Appliance Services LTD! Remke & Adriaan Van De Ruitenbeek.

We called this company because we were having a problem with the electronics in our refrigerator. We provided make and model and were told that it was probably the motherboard, how much that part would be, plus labour. The call was assigned to a tech who came out, but without the part. He stood in the kitchen and said the exact same thing that was said on the phone and that he would have to order the part, which was now 25% more than we were told on the phone. This guy did not “diagnose” the situation while he was here. He stood in the kitchen. He did not pull the fridge out to ensure it was indeed was the motherboard. He got zero new information. And we were charged $99.70 for that “service call. ” I called the company and was told the reason for the service call charge was because they told us there would be a service call charge. But there was NO SERVICE performed! I was told we had the benefit of the tech’s 20 years of experience. What benefit? If he needed to confirm it was the motherboard before ordering the part, that is fair. That’s a service call. But he didn’t do that. He didn’t discover anything, he didn’t confirm anything. He ran no diagnostics. He did not observe the motherboard. He knew absolutely nothing more about the situation after coming here than he did when he arrived. He stood in the kitchen for five minutes. So what was the point of his visit? We have lived here for over twenty years and have dealt with numerous tradespeople, yet this is my first complaint. I do NOT recommend doing business with this company.

They can help find parts for older stuff. Very knowledgeable, quick to assist. This is where I buy all my appliance parts and equipment

I’ve bought many Appliances from other stores but have never had this GREAT level of service, thru the entire purchase. From Dick and Charlie in Sales, taking time to really hear what I need.washer, dryer and freezer to the thorough and top notch delivery and installation guys (Victor and his apprentice) who took time to check my dryer vent, inside and OUTSIDE my townhouse, for airflow, also checking my washer taps and drain AND then spending time demonstrating the machine features! Thanks Guys!

I wish I could give a negative score for this company. I called them Friday morning because of a “frozen” fridge problem. The tech showed up at 11: 30 that morning opened the fridge door- wrote down the model number and shut the door. Told my boyfriend that he needed to check to see if the parts were available and would get back to us that day or Saturday (he was at the house less than 10 mins) charged us $75. I never heard back from them. I called them Monday at 4pm and the tech who was here actually answered the phone. Said from what he could recall the parts I needed (which were not the parts he had written on the invoice he left on the counter) would cost $350. “do you want them ordered or NOT? ” was what he said and oh “it will take probably longer than 3 weeks to get” I hung up as I will not have this company return to my home under any circumstances.

Apparently, he must’ve known what parts were needed prior to coming here.why did that require a $75 service charge? Why couldn’t the exchange of model number be done over the phone when I called that Friday morning? This company is just stealing money from people! They have zero care or concern for any customers. Zero ability to follow up or speak to a customer with any politeness. So I still have a broken fridge and out 75 bucks to boot.

I do NOT recommend this company at all. The only positive thing I can say is they showed up when they said they would be here.

Got my oven fixed in 15 mins. 160 for the part and 150 for 15 minutes labour.expensive, but the wife is happy
