Thank you Ashley for a great cut and colour! What a lovely salon experience! I will be back to see this stylist extraordinaire!

I've been a client of Ra for 3 years. I have been seeing Lindsay but she is now on Mat Leave and she recommended I see Ashely. I booked in with Ashley 2 weeks ago for an appointment yesterday. She texted me to cancel due to a "family emergency" and rescheduled to today. Today she texted me saying "I'm still sick can we book for next week". I told her I hoped that everything with her family emergency was ok and sorry to hear she's sick now. I explained I had take time off work twice to make the appointment and she said "It's ok, I will come into the salon for you. I'm sorry you had to take time off". I called the salon to see if she was in and in fact she was. Clearly she was lying and didn't want to see me as a client so beware if booking with Ashley. Terrible customer service and so unprofessional. Guess I will have to find another stylist in town.

I personally have not had my hair done here as I cut my own however I do go to Ra for my Eminence. The last time I went I had the best service. I will go back for sure.

RA's is a very busy place with a pleasant atmosphere. My stylist, Lindsay Niessen, listened to what I wanted and gave me a beautiful short cut! Book your appointment early as they fill up quickly.

Incredible customer service and very talented staff. We wouldn't go anywhere else for haircuts or beauty treatments. Kamloops is blessed to have this studio in the city.
