Came here on Friday around 130pm because the website says open at 1pm.
It was closed, but there was a guy outside waiting for him as well.
The other customer said he was on the way but we refuse to do business with some who can't update their website to accommodate customers

Placed an order a week ago and had ordered expedited delivery. No order received and not any notification of when being shipped
Hasn't responded to any of my emails and am feeling will not see my order or get a refundand can't be contacted via phone which is frustrating
It seems too that they sell items which aren't in stock when you order despite the website saying otherwise

I would caution others using the website based on my experience

Great RAD experience with my last AQUARIO NEO Flow products. I got them even before many stores new about their existence. So, yes, they got some stuff before many others. That was my RAD experience. It was a fast shipping process and haven't had any issues at all. Thumbs up!

Have ordered twice, both orders processed and shipped promptly and professionally. All questions before purchase were answered really helpfully as well. I normally try to buy from local stores, but Rad is a great option for me when that's not possible (and stocks the high quality gear the local guys don't, frankly)

I’ve always felt safe purchasing from RAD Aquatics. Best place to buy Aquario and Oase products - and tons of hardscape too (stuff that’s not normally easily found locally in BC). Owner is truly a stand-up guy and I hope he continues to expand his product line!

If you are still buying your aquatic products somewhere else, well you are doing it wrong my friend. Rad Aquatic has the BEST quality products, excellent customer service, and they actually know what they are doing!

Awesome customer service, well packed products. Super helpful & answered many (sometimes silly) questions. Also included magazines in my package which was a nice surprise! The neo pipes they carry are great for those of us who break glass lily pipes.

Highly knowledgeable owner and high quality aquarium equipment. He's always avaliable to answer any questions and has in stock variety for your planted tank needs. Highly recommended and have recommended rad aquatics design to all my friends looking for quality products.
