Been here for 2 years, almost 3 now, not sure if that’s why they often give me some deep discount, and truth be told I have never been more satisfied.
Just got my handle bar tape done, chains replaced, breaks tuned up. Excellent job as always.
Whenever I have my bike fixed they always do above and beyond by oil the chains, aired up my tires, if needed, and most of the time yes! They knew me to well. *chef kiss*

We are so happy that we bought our two bikes from RAD cycles. The team were incredibly helpful in the buying process and dropping the bikes in for a recent service was so hassle free - they even fixed our new mudguards free of charge! Very helpful, friendly staff and the service has been excellent

Great scrappy neighborhood bike shop. Generally well stocked with a variety of cycling needs. Perfect place to buy your city hybrid bike, get some service done and buy some much needed cycling stuff.

Fast, friendly, and RAD!

A screw holding my rear rack to my frame popped off while riding today and I couldn't locate the tiny screw. Luckily, RAD cycles was along my route home.

I was quickly greeted when I walked in with my bike and asked for a bolt. The mechanic who helped me was quick, friendly, and had great attention to detail; he used washers to ensure the screw didn't extend past the eyelet on the right chainstay and jam into the chain. He also tightened down all the screws on my rear rack and was quick to fetch me two fresh brake cables when I asked for it. Great service! 10/10!

I just got my freewheel replaced today and the staff is friendly and helpful. Great price too! Would definitely come back for future repairs or biking needs. Thank you

Simply the best bike shop I've ever gone to. I'm extremely happy with my new Norco Yorkville bike after the free fitting and repeated adjustments until the bike fit the way I wanted, particularly with respect to the distance between - and relative heights of the handlebars and the seat. They gave 10% off the purchase price and included 15% off upcoming purchases and free tuneups for a year. They also transferred over my old fenders, rear carrier, and bell for free. The kind, patient owner is very skilled and knowledgeable.

The best bike shop I have ever been to! I find all the staff are super approachable, knowledgable, and create an environment I feel welcomed (which is not typical for being female presenting in a bike shop). Their prices are super affordable as well. I would highly recommend anyone to go here!

This bike shop is dope! I swung by with my baby stroller and they were super kind to check out the wheels, bearings and rings on the fly! Really nice, professional and approachable staff. Best service hands down! Came into the shop since it was a sunny day so I wanted to go for a ride, had a couple problems with my bike was not guaranteed to have the repairs done by the end of day, quoted me for a few days since they’re pretty busy. However, was done by a few hours and was able to ride into the sunset. Highly recommend, knowledgeable and amazing staff! Thank you!
