We couldn't be happier that we used Rad and her Month of (aka Day of Coordination) services for our backyard wedding. She provided us with very helpful guides and templates, answered any questions we had and provided recommendations while being mindful of our budget and vision. She was easy to communicate with and ensured we were staying on track with our wedding planning. We could not have planned our wedding and have had it gone so smoothly without Rad and her team. Our wedding day was very stress free and our guests were all very impressed with her services! We would recommend to anyone planning a wedding.

Rad and her team are amazing! I first saw them in action at a friend's wedding in 2018 and I knew I wanted them for ours, a year later in 2019. Rad and Nikkita made things so easy for us. They are so welcoming and attentive from beginning to end. I was able to put my micro managing nature to the side, knowing they took care of everything. I even set aside time for my wedding party to help out, but they didn't need it! They have great suggestions and are really experts at event planning. I highly recommend them, and will continue to recommend them to all my friends and family. They are totally worth it! Our wedding went so smoothly and I wouldn't have had the time to enjoy it without them.

We hired Rad as our month-of-coordinator and it was definitely one of the best decisions we made.

I consider myself a fairly organized person and am kind of a control freak. I have trouble relying others to get things done the way that I want it. However, being the bride, I didn't exactly have the time to do everything myself. The fact that my husband and I live in the U. S.also did not help. So, with some encouragement from my friends and vendors who insisted that having someone else handle all the miscellaneous details would be worth it, we decided to shop around for a day-of/month-of coordinator.

As I had mentioned before, I am a control freak and I wanted to design and incorporate DIY items into my wedding. I also like to work on my own timeline since it is easier for me. Thus, we mostly wanted a planner to help set things up for us. Rad's services most aligned with what we were looking for and after speaking with her on the phone, we also learned how patient and easy to get along with she is. I knew it would be perfect for someone as indecisive as myself.

As for the actual services, we hired her around February when our wedding was in late September. Rad always responded to my e-mails in a prompt and professional manner and always kindly let me know if something I wanted done wasn't feasible. With her experience however, she would suggest other options when appropriate, which was incredibly helpful. These were definitely not things I had expected her to do, but honestly, every encounter with Rad was always very helpful. As someone that does not work in the wedding field, there are just too many factors that people don't think about. We also spoke during more formal meetings so that she could be updated with my plans to prepare for the actual day itself and the creation of a timeline. Trust me, having an experienced planned assist with this is crucial as she allowed for a lot of buffer time in case things ran late.

On the actual day, I was originally going to ask members of our wedding party to help with setting up all the decor and furniture. However, Rad made it so that my wedding party was free to enjoy themselves without having to help with set up at all. From essentially setting up our sparkler send off, to having her assistant pick up and drop off our bouquets for photos prior to getting to the venue.without having to ask our groomsmen to do it (to name a few of the things that her team did), the Rad Occasions team handled, and I must stress this: Every. Little. Thing. To be honest, I had trouble letting go of some of the control with the set up on the actual day. For the most part, Rad and her team followed my so-called decor vision, but as I wasn't able to actually see these decor items set up in person beforehand, there were some practical/functional issues that her team was able to resolve in a way that actually made the decor even better than I had in mind! Additionally, not having to worry about the take-down at the end of the night was also wonderful.

I think the only constructive feedback I would give is to potentially give the bride or whomever is planning most of the wedding an agenda of what would be discussed during the planned meetings. However, I think this is more for brides like me that can't really be put on the spot and have to take time to think things through first. This may not matter to others that already know what they intend to do. I probably just overthink and am too indecisive!

I have already told her this, but I honestly thought I could've handled this myself and boy, was I so incredibly wrong. I am SO thankful for Rad and her team. Their services was definitely well worth the investment! You won't regret working with her.:)

We couldn't have pulled this off without her!

My husband and I are so happy we had Rad by our side on our big day and leading up to it. She is incredibly helpful, kind and knowledgeable. She has a fantastic list of vendors and beautiful taste. She worked so hard for us behind the scenes running back and forth. We are forever grateful! 10/10!
