We recently moved into a new building and had to do a full check and update to our fire extinguishers. Vancouver Fire was able to show up next business day and had them all done in under an hour including re-certification of some of the units. Price was unbeatable.

Van fire company is the best. The Technician (Inder Grewal) is always great to work with, very quality and professionalism to job he did. The quality was exceptional and he knew what to do on his inspection at my care home.

Beware of Vancouver Fire & Radius Security, who have been sending unauthorized technicians to offices, posing as representatives from the
fire department. They do not disclose any charges and proceed to check the fire tag without proper consent, taking only about 10 seconds.
Furthermore, they do not provide receipts, and you only become aware of any charges when you receive the bill online.
We strongly advise caution, as this company is fraudulent and cannot be trusted. Do not let
them take advantage of your trust, and deny them access to your company.

Everything me and my Strata have done with VancouverFire and Radius has been amazing. Great work, service, professionalism. The feeling of safety we get from using their services is priceless.

We've been using Vancouver Fire & Radius Security for several years, for our annual apartment building and in-suite fire inspections. They are very thorough, testing heat detectors, smoke detectors, alarm bells, safety lighting, fire extinguishers, sprinklers, and backflow preventers. We're very happy with their service, and their technicians are always on time, professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

Van Fire performs yearly inspections on our backflow valves, fire suppression system, extinguishers, paint booths etc.around our plant. I never have to call them they call me to let me know when these inspections are due so I have one less thing to worry about. Great techs and great customer service, I highly recommend them.

The technician tried his best to locate the problem although he could not fix it today. However, he showed his expertise on the area he worked on.

Here is some honest feedback from the inside of this company. I'm fairly new here, but for anybody from the public that wonders if this is a good company, yes it is. The 5 stars reviews are true. Us, the fire technicians here get the best training available (takes months), and there is always a focus on quality not quantity. Everything gets done to benefit the customer in the first place. There is no corner-cutting. No compromise when it comes to safety. One more thing: reading the answers to these reviews, I have noticed that most if not all of them are answered in detail by the people at the top, that pretty much own the company, and this is a few hundred employees company, so this to me shows some different level of involvement, right?

Vic was the gentleman that came to check on our fire extinguishers. He went above and beyond, we didn’t have access to a room but he came back another day.he came back after a family event, which really blew me away. Can’t say enough great things about him. We will absolutely be using them every year for our services.

I haven't seen the invoice for the work yet so I can comment on price but this was the best fire service I have ever had and I was a tech at several fire service companies. I really appreciate having a local tech assigned to my branch that I can communicate any issues with directly via cell phone. Adriel brought all the materials I requested and had enough truck stock to replace E-light bulbs which I missed in my initial walkthrough inspection. I will recommend this service to sprinkler contractors in need going forward. Efficient, effective, accurate on all items.

VanFire has been servicing us for years. Very knowledgeable staff and super friendly. This weekend we had a number of issues with our sprinkler system however they handled it like champs. Their service team member even stepped up and help install a new alarm on the pumps since the techs are booked all week. Thanks again for all the help!

We have been using Radius Security on our construction site in Downtown Vancouver for the past 6 months. They have been very effective and responsive when an issue has arisen. They contact you immediately and have the Police respond within minutes. The VPD is also very responsive to calls. This makes a great combination for a secure site.thank you

Our company have been using them for years, great service, great people. We had Mike servicing our equipment for many years, this year we had Airen for the first time, equally great. Highly recommended for fire and safety equipment/services.

Tired of chasing these guys. Sprinkler system wasn't done on schedule. Called to set it up. Dispatch never communicated that they need an elevator tech on site. Tech couldn't complete service due to new claim of confined space issue. No reschedule organized by dispatch. Phone call and email to rep not returned.

In short, they use to be good but have gone down considerably in the last two years.

We recently had Vancouver Fire come and service our safety lights and fire extinguishers. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Airen went above and beyond and hung an extinguisher for us! A great company that I will recommend to others and absolutely use in the future.

I think it’s important to support local businesses and Vancouver Fire has been owned and managed by the same local family for over 40 years. Van Fire provides excellent service to my residential and commercial buildings. They have qualified and well trained technicians and responsive and friendly support staff. While annual testing costs may be a little higher than some competitors they don’t try and gouge you on repairs as I have found with other companies that give cheaper quotes on annual testing. I would highly recommend the great folks at Van Fire and Radius Security.
