Ragnar Jewellers has always offered a stunning selection of jewellery and excellent customer service. My first purchase was a stunning black opal piece many years ago. More recently, Jennifer Vaughan assisted me with the purchase of a gold bracelet - comfortable enough to wear every day - and I’m loving it! Jennifer has helped me with a redesign and several other purchases, and always goes ‘above and beyond. ’

I had 3 old (not vintage) but, not my style, diamond rings that I was not wearing. Having dealt with Ragnar in the past, I went back to see if a redesign into 1 ring was possible.
Carol new immediately what I was looking for and the finished product was even better than expected!

I was given a diamond ring by my parents almost 45 years ago. The stone was quite large and I seldom wore this beautiful piece of jewelry. After my father‘s death, I decided to wear it in memory of him. And then noticed that the stone became loose. It is a large diamond and I did not want to risk losing it. Ragnar has been a trusted jeweller for many years. When I brought the ring into the store, Carol assured me that it could be repaired and appraised. I am more than happy with the excellent service and results. My ring is beautiful. The memories are precious and Ragnar was completely professional and sensitive to the significance of my needs. I have a lot of beautiful jewellery from Ragnar's so when I lost a sapphire stud earring and a gold jacket that I bought from Ragnar's 40 years ago, I contacted them about making replacements. At the same time, I lost a seed pearl from a favourite ring. Carol Lai was extremely patient and helpful while I tried to find what I lost and then the logistics of getting my existing pieces to them from the Okanagan. The quality of the replacements is excellent and they match so well that I can't tell what is original and what is new. I highly recommend them for purchases, repairs and replacements. I have been following Ragnar Jewellers on Instagram for quite a while. Beautiful jewellery. Every year they craft and sell their own Christmas brooch. This year is a Penguin. I was asking some questions and this wonderful person was answering all of my questions in detail very quickly. She also informed me they have previous year Ragnar brooches. As soon as she arrived at work, she sent me pictures of each one and helped me choose the perfect one for me. I'm so grateful. She was so nice and went above and beyond. For not a huge purchase but that didn't matter to her. She treated me like I was purchasing the Queen's jewels. I wanted to acknowledge her and thank her and let Ragnar Jewellers know just how wonderful of an employee they have. Her name is Paz. Thank you Paz. In his radio ads, Ragnar says one of their services is redesigning jewellery. So I took in a diamond pendant that I had made somewhere else but was not happy with. I now have the beautiful pendant I had envisioned! And I enjoyed the process. I worked with Carol who understood right away what I wanted. She suggested having one of Ragnar's original designs altered to custom fit my own diamond. It turned out perfect!

Exceptional customer care with Carol at Ragnar! We are in the process of moving a much loved elder into senior memory care and her diamond ring required repair, re-sizing, and a new appraisal. Top notch service at Ragnar Jewellers. Carol was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the jewelry, attentive to detail and provided good follow up. Once my vintage diamond ring was sent to the jeweler for repurposing into a pendant she sent me photos of the process and the finished product. Happy with my new pendant and happy with the pleasant and helpful service.
