I’ve got a very watery chai latte here and I first thought it was flat white.they kindly tried to fix it but tasted still just like watery milk… I paid $7 for this ppl are nice and friendly, vibe is cozy but I would not come back. Sorry

This place is awesome, they have so many varieties of healthy meal, I love it. I have also given them corporate order and they were fantastic. What make them different from other cafes is their quality, taste, commitment to deliver on time. Way to go team, kudos to all the staff.

Ordered last year for Xmas and we decided to do Thanksgiving and Christmas this year. Great food and people. Excellent.

Best sandwiches in the dtes! I eat one of these bad boys every single week, probably the highlight of my work day. The chicken and the turkey sandwich are both primo. Affordable, quality ingredients, prepared with care and consideration.

I did the create your salad and wow The portion was big, they definitely don’t skimp on the toppings and everything tasted fresh and delicious.:)

Railtown provided an amazing experience for us planning our wedding. They had supported us for planning our event throughout our cancelled wedding from last year, our new date this year, and supported us when we had to change the venue to outdoors two weeks prior to our wedding. We could not have pulled off our two-week wedding redo without their team’s support!

Railtown created an amazing menu for our wedding. They transformed our originally planned sit down family style meal into an unbelievable small (nothing small about it) plate cocktail style event. The team was so amazing and attentive to our every need, they really made us feel special on our day by guaranteeing we were taken care of. Our guests are still raving about the food weeks later!

I contacted Railtown via their website inquiring about my moms 65th surprise birthday party. Sharmaine called me the say day and we discussed what I had imagined for the party. From then onwards everything was planned to perfection. It was such a lovely evening. Miyu and team were super attentive the food was so delicious. I have thrown many parties in the past and have used other caterers in the city but going forward I will be using Railtown as they went above and beyond to make sure the event was executed the way I had imagined. Thank you!

I attended with the fundraiser group Team Moto Cafe on the weekend.
The pre-order process was easy and the food was already waiting for us upon our arrival -great service! The meal sandwich were the perfect, good size (I had a little left over) and the taste was on the five start level as well. Thank you Railtown Cafe.

Railtown Cafe, tried before and returned- but this time with 15 more people!
First off, thank you to Sharmaine for the excellent customer service, offering, and assisting with a pre-ordered snack/meal option for our group of riders.
After the fundraiser conclusion (The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride Vancouver 2021: supporting Prostate Cancer research and raising Mental Health awareness) we rolled in to Railtown Cafe. The pre-ordered meals were ready for take-out, and to say they did not disappoint is an understatement.
All of us were happy with our meal selections, and unanimously declared as 5 stars. Some of us were "first timers", and will return soon.

Awesome! Love the sandwiches. Got the Pork sandwich, and it was AMAZING. Gonna have to visit again soon! I highly recommend it.

Their sandwiches are very fresh. Love their smokey turkey sandwich, pork sandwich and Reuben sandwich. Meat are well cooked, tasty and juicy.

My husband opted to order Thanksgiving dinner for five people this year instead of cook it ourselves. The food was outstanding and such a pleasure to not have the stress of food preparation and shopping. The turkey and gravy, mashed potatoes, yams, Brussel sprouts, carrots, salad and pumpkin pie were delicious. Easy to reheat with clear instructions. This was definitely a great way to have a relaxing and classy Thanksgiving dinner!

Would give 1 star based on my visit today, but as I go quite frequently and usually don't have many issues.
I ordered for picked, estimated time was 15 minutes, when I went to collect my lunch it was far from ready. Reason I ordered for pick up was due to the fact I needed to take a smaller lunch break as I have somewhere to be this evening. I waited a further 20 minutes for my pre ordered food, watching people who did not order online get there food well before me. No apology from staff. I don't usually write reviews, i guess I'm just annoyed as I still will have to leave work early and this will affect my wages, costing me.

A bustling cafe with lots of freshly made options, including great salads and sandwiches! Build your own salad or choose from one of their main offerings. This is a great spot for lunch or coffee in Strathcona!

Despite the fact that I only live a block away, I don't visit the Railtown Cafe very often. Chalk that up to he fact that I am good in the kitchen. That said, everything I have had from RC (pastries, coffee, sandwiches, Christmas dinner, etc.) has been great. If you are looking for a lunch spot, you owe it to yourself to grab a bite here.

Busy spot. Great for lunch with excellent sandwiches. I had the special of the day, spicy Korean pork bowl. It was fabulous.

I love this place, the salads are DELICIOUS and incredibly filling. I’m usually wary of places that overcharge for not much more than a spring mix, but this place really exceeded my expectations. The staff are very friendly and I love the open kitchen. One of my regular spots when I’m in Railtown!

Food is excellent. I love the vegan club! The staff are easy to deal with and pleasant. I look forward to trying all the delicious food!

The food here is absolutely fantastic! Delicious, creative food and it's all freshly cooked and freshly prepared. The lineups can be long (probably because of the incredible food), but there is also an app available for pre-order.

Nice little place to come to for lunch. Will have to come back and try the sandwiches at some point. Coffee was good and service was great.

They have the best english muffin breakfast sandwiches. Hashbrowns seem like those frozen store bought triangles though.
Sandwiches, salads, soups also good.

The two of us had lunch today, 2019.10.04. My wife had quische and I went for a Rueben. Both excellent tasting! I also had a huuuge bowl of yellow beet soup - delicious! They even offered a taste of the soup before serving it.
Ambiance suits the commercial surroundings: plain wooden tables and benches, hectic counter service and nothing fancy. But it's the food that matters. It was outstanding.

Fan of their breakfast sandwiches, hashbrowns and COFFEE! They also do a Generous portions of Salads and Sandwiches. And the staff is just THE BEST

Went here during the monstercat compound party, and was quite surprised by the quality of food. Especially for what you pay. Pleasantly surprised! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

Ordered a Reuben sandwich which was dressed with some sort of slaw. I believe the meat was a brisket which to me should be a very tender amd moist cut of beef. Unfortunately, I found the beef to be the exact opposite of this. Dry and a bit tough. This could of been made better by the slaw but it was lacking in flavour and was quite dry as well. The service was decent considering how busy the place was.

Best coffee in the area. Their banana bread, yogurt cocktails and other baked treats are out of this world.

With a few locations around the city, I know that I'll always have a delicious, filling, vegan sandwich for lunch.

Railtown was hands down one of the most professional, organized and friendly catering companies I've had the pleasure of working with. The staff is responsive and knowledgeable, which gave me peace of mind leading up to our event. Our staff of over 300 had nothing but positive things to say about the food and food service. I highly suggest this catering company for small, large, corporate or private events - they are amazing!

Staff is quite friendly, I recommend this gem if you are new to Vancouver, or looking to try something new!

The only reason people go here, is because it's one of the only places in this area and so we deal with it. Literally a quote you will hear from anyone who works in the area. The salads are awful. They basically only give you leafs, none of the other other ingredients that are supposed to be in there. The food looks good, but it's bland, boring and way to expensive for what you get given.

The place is spacious. The seating is nice. The open air is nice. A little bit undetected from the main road, but perhaps the local can find it better than a foreign traveler like me.

Food is good. The ice cream are refreshing.

Got food poisoning from the cold brisket Ruben I had. So not great. Also the laté was not good either

Awful experience! I had the worst customer service in Canada! You won't get what you're offered and if you complain, nobody would care! Avoid it!

Amazing. I've only had breakfast sandwiches here. I thought I died and went to heaven. Staff here deserves way more credit. I had a house made caramel latte and it was intoxicating. I was hesitant to review this place because I'd rather it stay a hidden gem.

Good service, good coffee, good snacks. Might give it 5 stars but didn't test the food so feel unqualified to do so.
