Aaron, Christian, and Sean were such a friendly and hard-working team. They worked for us for two days, picking up, storing, and delivering our entire apartment. They arrived everywhere right on time, they worked quickly and efficiently, and sang and cracked jokes all the while. They took good care of us at a very reasonable price, and we're just lovely guys. Highly recommended!

These guys were absolutely awesome. We moved our apartment, including an external storage locker within Richmond. They did a great job protecting our stuff, disassembled and reassembled furniture. They were efficient, professional, accommodating (put things wherever we asked), and super friendly and nice to work with the entire time. And very competitively priced to boot! I will be booking them again without a second thought when the time comes.

You couldn't ask for a more professional, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and hard-working crew. Ryan and James took away all of the stress of moving and made everything seem easy. I never want to move again but if I do, I will certainly give Rainforest a call.

These guys are great! Fast, professional and careful. Costs were exactly as detailed over the phone. All the people complaining about additional costs (travel, consumables, minimum time requirement) clearly did not listen properly. I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking to hire movers in the city.

Even though we ended up not needing their services, they were very available, polite, clear, and honest during the planning stage. We will definitely hire them for to the next time.

The best movers in the lower mainland/Vancouver by a long shot! Fair price, and the team was so professional, friendly, and were extremely careful with all of our items. I especially appreciated that they took the time to carefully wrap things like our t.v, mirrors, dining table etc. They were punctual, highly communicative, charged a fair price and overall were a super professional and efficient team.

Without a question, I would use these guys again and recommend them to anyone. No need to even evaluate another company.

Left a last minute message to do a local move detailing the size of the job and our needs, then continued packing and shuffling things.we called rainforest on a VERY STRONG RECOMMENDATION from a close friend who'd recently moved house from kits to the island.but, as we kept puttering along, we figured that they're busy, heard the small job we had with short notice and decided it wasn't worth the hassle.fair enough.i was wrong.at the end of the day, i got a call back asking if someone had replied to us yet.we talked about the friend who'd moved to the island and how they're settling into the new place and the new area.after a few minutes of friendly conversation, we decided that my job was, indeed, small and manageable and that i no longer required their help.but based on my interaction with rainforest, especially considering how busy they are at month end, i know who im calling for my next move and who you should contact for the one you're shopping for.thanks guys, stay hydrated!

I’m not originally from BC. So when I needed to do a local move I asked people I know here who to go for. Rainforest was the option I was given. And I’m glad I asked instead of just throwing the dice.

Very friendly and courteous people. I was quoted a price and knew well ahead of time what to expect. I ended up needing to make a last minute change and they worked with me to get everything going.

Ryan and Simon did my move and these guys went the extra mile for me. As you can imagine, there were some challenges to deal with. What move doesn’t have them? They were ready to help create solutions for me.

I really hope I don’t have to move for years to come but if I do Rainforest is who I’ll call. I’m a very satisfied customer and would expect the same in the future.

This was our family's first moving experience in BC. Our move took place on January 29,2023 within Greater Vancouver area.
Alan, the owner, was honest, open and transparent with cost estimation and calculations, and he has provided us with a booklet that included a checklist and recommendations for moving timeline.
The pricing was reasonable for the moving distance that we had.

On the day of the move, we had the pleasure to meet and work with Ryan and his team. Ryan and his team members were were punctual, worked and handled our items and furniture very carefully and fast. They were very polite and friendly, and we felt like we were among friends.
Our family was also impressed with the unique wrapping material that Rainforest moving company uses.

There were no hidden fees or unusual operating procedures during the day of the move.

Moving to a new place is a stressful event but Rainforest moving company has significantly helped us to feel less stressed, and we are no longer worried about future relocations, thanks to Rainforest moving.

Branden and Connor were on time, and moved pretty quickly without breaking anything or messing up the walls.

When moving day came they arrived 15 minutes early, cost came in BELOW estimate, nothing broken or lost. Great group of men, highly recommend them! Don’t let the flat rate moving companies scare you away from the hourly. The flat rate companies estimates were double what I actually paid with Rainforest Moving and Storage (hourly). Thank you!

Rainforest Moving and Storage moved our company to our new office. They were very professional and helped us plan for a very smooth move to our new office. On the day of the move we received a phone call to confirm their arrival time. The team arrived on time and got straight to work. And in almost no time our office began to empty!

With all moves something always pops up to threaten to derail the whole thing, well we had a section of our office not quite ready to be moved. Barely even taking a moment they presented a couple of possible solutions, and just like that we were back on track! I would highly recommend Rainforest Moving and Storage. It's a great team and a great company!

Very poor unprofessional experience. I received a flat rate quote from Rainforest, we said we would take some time to consider. They called back 2 times to follow up on my potential business and changed to 150 hourly rate, I considered and then agreed and then after they communicated extra fees for fuel, and Ferry cost, I again said I would think about it and let them know at the end of the week. At this point he was very rude and said he didn’t want my business, it was too much of a hassle and hung up the phone. To earn a few thousand dollars from a days work, you would think this business would be able to handle a few 10 minute phone calls and consideration on the customers side.

We used rainforest moving and storage to move us from the home that we sold, into their storage facility and then a week later to move us from storage into our new home. We were quoted a certain price but at the end we paid close to $1,000 more than what we were quoted. There was also damage incurred during the move: a hole in the wall in the home we were selling, that the owner came and repaired but my husband had to find paint and repaint it. Then there were a variety of glass and ceramic dishes that were broken. A standing lamp and its shade were also broken. Also our dining room table had a gouge in it as well as other marks that had to be repaired. The owner of the company was responsive to my request for repair to the table and we went through their insurance which covered the costs.it was done in a timely manner. We were not altogether pleased with the service provided by Rainforest. The price was higher than we were quoted and the movers seem to be very rough with our goods as there was damage done. The owner was good in responding to my messages. The movers were very punctual and hard working.

The 3-man crew was amazing!
They were fast and very organized.
Our queen size bed wouldn't fit upstairs but they really tried to make it work. Then they moved the downstairs bed upstairs and the queen size down without any fuss.

We really appreciated their willingness to try and help.
