Had some issues with my pool. So I called Brandon and he came by and fixed my problem in no time. Will recommend this guy anytime.

This company could improve it's after sales service. A major installation flaw caused a leak a few years later. Brandon was no help, I had to contact another pool company.

Our pool heater thermostat quit one day before our big office party, Friday afternoon and no luck at any stores.
I called Brandon and it so happened he had the part, walked me through the installation and saved the day!

Brandon has been servicing our pool for the past three years and we are extremely pleased with his service and professionalism. Instead of just ordering a new part for our heater he took the time and effort to fix the panel. We really appreciate his willingness to problem solve and repair rather than replace, as it has saved us hundreds of dollars. He is always responsive to our calls and texts and always let us know if he was going to be delayed.

I have been strung along for 7 months by Brandon. He has not honored his warranty on a spa pack that he said he would back that is not even a year old. He's only ever come out once in this time and has ditched me on six appointments without so much as a phone call.

He also had me leave water in my hot tub during winter so he could inspect it. He never showed and now my tub has leaks from freezing.

Every decision I've made to go with Brandon has resulted in disaster. My hot tub is ruined because of his advice and neglect. Each phone call results in him telling me that he's working to resolve my issue but he has never actually done anything at this point other than verify the spa pack he sold is broken.

Brandon was great in the beginning. Now he constantly ghosts us and many other clients from what I hear. I will not be using him again. After multiple ignored text messages, empty promises, and missed appointments I will be finding a reliable company who cares about their customers. Such a shame.

Gave Brandon a call, responded immediately, showed up at the property just the same. Repaired our feeder very quickly and at a great price.cant go wrong with Raintree recreation.

He was very quick to respond and even came for a service call the same day we called. Instead of selling us an expensive part that we didn't need, he properly diagnosed the problem when I wrongly assumed it was the heat exchanger. I need to share my experience with Brandon at Raintree.

This is my first pool and I had it all set up by a different company that didn't tell me this was also their first pool install. Actually second because my friend and I both got the same pool, she was first I was the second.

Anyways long story short Brandon came in to clean up the mess they left and assured me that 1 - I can count on him, 2 - he won't leave me high and dry, like the last 3 - he will do whatever it takes to make me happy 4 - I will be happy.

I did not know anything about having a pool and I put a high demand on Brandon.too high! With COVID-19 going on I wasn't the easiest to please but he was so personable honest and professional with me even though I was unreasonable and anxious. I am amazed he stood his ground and focused on his promises and for that I knew what kind of person I was dealing with.

Any other person maybe would have said goodbye but Brandon did not, he reassured me to trust him and I don't need to worry. I am so happly I called him and can guarantee what an amazingly professional kind person he is.

My Daughter plays hockey for Boston University so she really is not allowed to ski or do many other winter activities. We wanted to use our pool over the Christmas holidays for the 7 days she was home. When I went to heat up the pool the heater blew a fuse and would not work. I was very upset because we had planned this activity for months and we were really looking forward to swimming in December. I called Brandon and explained my situation. He was extremely busy but managed to come first thing the next morning before all his other calls. He fixed my heater and basically saved our Christmas. I believe Brandon went over and above. He is a very knowledgeable and kind person and I would highly recommend him to anyone for any pool care/maintenance needs.
